Hunger Games Trilogy discussion

I was wondering? In the hunger games film in the training center they wear black shirt and pants with a red tripe and a gray and thir district number, then on catching fire pics finnick and katniss are wearing a sleeveless shirt with black and white,so are all the clothes in the teaining center different each year?

The clothes that they are wearing in the pic idk but in the book all the training clothes are the same so I would in the movie the same

Feel free to correct, but I am pretty sure that in the book everyone wore different things. (At least in THG) Katniss and Peeta were the only two who matched.

I believe they wore a deep red tunic with tight black pants or leather leggings in the first book.

I'm not sure if in CF they described what Katniss and Peeta wore for training. I vaguely remember a bangle with flames, but other than that nothing else.
