Sarah Mitchell must learn the truth of this creature and stop it while it can still be stopped. She must also find out why a mysterious lawyer is present at every step.

I especially liked the conclusion:

Have I used the word ‘creepy’ yet? Oh yes, the creep factor comes into this one. Very effectively so. Yet with morbid fascination, it kept me reading. The last 40 pages wouldn’t allow me to stop. I’ll say nothing of the ending except that I wanted to scream. Quite an emotional roller coaster for one book!
