Other than work (the job is a necessary evil to buy books), what gets in the way of your reading?

I've been doing a lot of travel lately, visits to family mostly. It's put a serious dent in my reading time, even though the audiobooks make up for it somewhat.

I also got behind with my NetGalley books and the last few weeks feel like I'm spending more time writing reviews and blogging than reading.

That will change soon!

School and school exams take time away from my reading, but thankfully there's not much school time left!!! Also, I'm a huge movie and TV series fan and it's necessary for me to put my reading on hold for a little while in order to catch up with my shows and new movie releases.
And except from my German-language and folk dancing lessons, I've no other extracurricular activities so I spend most of my leisure time reading.

Not too much. Since my old job decided they wanted to get rid of me so much they will pay me to stay away. (I'm retired, LOL) other than volunteering at the library, oh wait... I am near books. I can't think of too many things.
