Addicted to YA discussion

I didn't see Bane Chronicles listed as a discussion topic so I wanted to add it. I'm not sure if readers know that Cassandra Claire has written a series of short stories called Bane Chronicles. I found out two months ago the books were out and I can't wait to read them. Their's a total of five books in the series and three of the five you can purchase already. I love Magnus and I'm glad we get a bigger glimpse into his life.

Magnus is sooo perfect, he has a peace of my heart all for him, I loved him in the ID and I really love him in the MI he is just the coolest!

Magnus is, in my opinion, the best character in the Shadowhunter universe. He's very diverse and there's such a depth to him, plus, cosplaying him is great fun. He and Alec are adorable <3

Magnus is really funny and interesting. He is one of my favourite characters too.

I love Magnus, both in The infernal devices how he helped Tessa and Will and in the Mortal instruments with Jace and the gang and now his own books.He was cocky, smart, he really cared and loved Alec, humorous, he was really an unforgetable character.

Magnus is my favourite character of the saga! I'd like to read his chronicles...

So, I have to say I was some what let down by the Bane Chronicals. I thought he would go on so much more colorful adventures, considering how many shadow hunters lives hes touched. While i did enjoy them, I was waiting for the craziness to happen. I guess that really only happens with Shadow Hunters around. What I really wanted is a more in depth where he came from, how he got his name and how he became the well rounded awesome person he is today. There was fragments of his life, but more mentions then experiences.

I love magnus! He's so sassy and sarcastic. One of the best characters in the entire shadowhunter universe. i need to pick up the bane chronicles and read more about. i hope we get to see him in the QOAAD!

I love Magnus Bane! He's such a good character. To be honest, I'm not that impressed with TMI or TDA, but I absolutely love TID. It's one of my all time favorite series, which is weird because TMI and TDA are very very meh for me. But anyway, Magnus is awesome and I love him. It's been a while since I've read The Bane Chronicles, but I remember I loved it. Magnus is just great

It bugs me when people don’t see how amazing Magnus is! He’s the character that is in all the stories. TID, TMI, TDA and now TEC. Truly the most underrated.

Magnus is the best! Honestly at this point if a book didn't have him in it it would feel like blasphemy.

I've read about bane in TMI and TID and Tales from the Shadowhunter Academy and I absolutely loved him !!
I saw a video on YouTube where Piera Forde says she loved Magnus as a side character but not in his books like bane chronicles or red scrolls but yet to read them.

oh I love Magnus, he ain't underrated! I bet I've seen many ppl who love Magnus and Alec both as characters and as Malec

While I don’t think he’s as underrated as some other a great characters(Caterina Loss, Ragnor Fell) a lot of the time I see praise for Magnus, Alec’s name isn’t far behind. I don’t have a problem with that because I love Alec as well, not as much as Magnus. But in on they’re own, Magnus is a very powerful warlock and Alec is a highly skilled Shadowhunter.

Magnus is hilarious and amazing and his fashion sense is immaculate and I love him soooooooooooooo freaaakkkkkiiiinnnnngggggg much!!!! Him and Alec are some incredible LGBTQ representation in a paranormal fantasy series, and you don't see that often. So I love them and I love Magnus.

I believe it's impossible not to fall in love with someone who's named Magnus especially when that person is a warlock and is a part of the magical shadowhunter world that Cassandra Clare has created!!!
