I really like that one! Of course, I think I say that about all Tey's books :P

Yes, I did. This Oct will be our 2nd anniversary. :)

Oh wow! Time flies!

I just finished

I found it really slow and hard to get through. There were so many characters, it was really hard to keep people straight. Also the descriptions were kind of over-done and I didn't like the main character, she came across as kind of uppity or something. I probably wouldn't have finished it, but I just about always finish a book or a movie once I start it.
I wonder what others think of this author?

I have liked them all, as well, the plots are always a bit different. my favorite is still Brat Farrar.
Miss Pym disposes was Really different, almost not a mystery at all, but I loved Tey's style.

I really enjoyed that whole series, but it rapidly stops being 'cozy' at, I think, the second book.

I've got that one coming up probably next week after I finish 3 others I have going right now!

That one looks fantastic!

Read this one a few months back. I thought the ending very Agatha Christie-esque (along the lines of And Then There Were None).

Oh no! Melodie didn't love it either. Glad I just got it from the library and didn't buy it.

I look at him a bit differently...definitely not a stalker. And it did say how he seemed to know where to find her!

But why does he feel the need to know where she is but even in the first book when he shows up on her porch at night or in her house that's creepy.
I hope the relationship goes somewhere in the next book

I believe, in the second book, there's an explanation for his being able to find her (view spoiler) . I didn't get the stalker vibe from him at all. I think he and the 14th street gang are the most entertaining parts of the series so far! :)["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>

I've read both of these and enjoyed them. Hoping a new one will be out one of these days.

Not another love triangle! :~ There is one in her older series that has gone on far too long.

This one is my favorite new cozy this year. :)

I definitely think you should, Heidi!! The Rebecca Robbins series is a good one, too. Did you decide if you were going to give her YA,

I finished Living and Dying in the Hamptons last night and loved it. You enablers who read books with ghosts (you know who you are) need to grab this one. It's been free and it's very well written and witty.
I have the second one lined up but I believe I'm going to have to buy [bookcover:A Custom-Fit Crime: A Magical Dressmaking Mystery|15808635]

My copy of A CUSTOM-FIT CRIME arrived today...along with 6 others!

End Me a Tenor and have enjoyed both books in the series so far so I think I will give her other cozy series a try :) "
yay! can't wait to hear your thoughts on it! I've had my eye on her other series, but I haven't yet picked up the first one - Melodie gives it high recs. I think I'll save it for one of the slow, low-new-releases months. :)
