It's been some time since I have read this book, and I did mostly enjoy it, although it did not have as much impact on me as I would have liked (which is probably why I do not remember it so well). Having BPD myself, I could relate, and I appreciated Reiland's candor. However, once it became more about her therapist, I began to lose interest and just more or less skimmed it until I was finished.

Sounded too much like a love letter. It is not a book that would help anyone get trough things but it is an honest account of her behaviour. Thank you fr posting.
I've read about five pages from the first chapter of the book and I would go from crying like a baby to laughing out loud. I know sometimes I laugh when I shouldn't, but I was wondering - has she actually tried to make it sound funny sometimes, or it's just my mind playing tricks on me?
