back then, even as King and Queen, life is not as good as it is today for citizens. No warm baths. Uncomfortable clothing and beds. Concubines fighting over a guy. (or is that only in asia?) Disgusting food. War. Unsanitary places. No indoor plumbing. Diseases with no cure, back then fever was fatal. Stinky people etc.
