I had a question regarding the ending:
In this interview http://tinyurl.com/pq3ww2x w/ Cynthia Hand she said: "Yes, Clara marries Tucker. But that doesn’t mean that they are going to last FOREVER. Clara and Christian will definitely have their time. In their own time." This makes it sound as if Tucker & Clara end up getting divorced. Being a huge Tucker fan, I don't want them to get divorced, I want them to stay together until he dies of old age. And then 5 years later, she marries/dates Christian. But the way Hand said it makes it sound like they are getting divorced!! What do you guys think?
Of course I have other questions but this one seemed like the most important one to me.

i mean, i think that it's completely open to interpretation. i feel like sometimes authors have to give us something to hold onto and i'm a HUGE christian fan so i'm always going to be rooting for that relationship to work out. i don't know if i could see tucker being ok with a divorce ever - but you really won't know since i think that the series is over.
Meeeeehhh, to be honest i have always been torn between the two , and I find that Cynthia is really smart by finding away to sort of satisfy both sides , instead of putting one with another girl or killing one off ... So I guess i'm okay .
i know right. in my opinion the ending is entirely messed up. i (stupidly) read the last page and immediantly assumed that she choose tucker.i have to say there are some problems with that but they do make a cute couple. i, am team christian - and i would LOVE it if clara and him could get together because if they don't things will go wrong. i mean like she lives to 120 right so what happens when tucker dies? clara will be so upset and messed up that when someone tries to help her.. uh don't get me started. she can't just keep us in suspense anymore. i would love it if there was another book maybe set like 80 years in the future so that we could still get some tucker action and then we could get some christian action. i really liked this series regardless of the love trauma.

Just because Cynthia Hand said they won't stay together FOREVER doesn't mean they get divorced. And to be honest I'm not really sure I have even thought that deeply into the book to try to make it seem as if the story keeps going because that's just it, the story ends there, and as far as I'm concerned there is a reason the story didn't keep going. I feel that if the story ends there don't keep trying to figure out what happens in the future because to tell you the truth - THEY DON'T REALLY HAVE A FUTURE, THEY ARE'NT REAL, THEY ARE JUST TWO CHARACTERS IN A STORY!
Can someone please just fucking tell who Clara ends up with??!!!!!! OMFG!!!
