I really found myself holding my breath while reading these.. I loved Rebecca Donovan's writing style. One book flows into the other and cover hard emotional sudjects. And yes I caught myself holding my breath through these books, I have shared these with many friends..

This series is amazing!! I could not put this book down at all. I wanted to know what happened next. I was an emotional wreck while reading this book but I still did not want to put it down. I can't wait to see what happens with Emma and Evan. With everything that Emma has been through she deserves to have a happy ending!! Thank you Rebecca for writing this sad but beautiful story.

What in the world is wrong with her aunt???? I don't understand how a woman could do that to Emma? Is there a back story that gets more developed in the second book?? I am so confused…

Nope, I read the second book and I still don't understand why the aunt harbored such hatred.

Overall, I do like what I have read so far. I cringed every time her aunt was around.

It was really carefully crafted. Except, I wish she could have described Emma's emotional blows with a bit of variation. By the 50th time Emma felt like the wind had been punched out of her every time she got hit by hurtful words or the truth, I was a bit over it.

the first book was good. but then well i lost intrest very quickly i read half of the book and then half of "out of breath" and it dose not live up to the first book at all

Oh my gosh, this series is amazing! I went through so many emotions reading this. I couldn't put it down. Rebecca Donovan did an exemplary job writing this
