Are we still doing the group read? I'm looking over the book now (it should be available in most libraries), and there are 11 stories. If anyone is interested, I prefer to make a schedule to keep myself on track. We could read one story every day or every other day, and then discuss each story as we read them. I was very excited to see this one got chosen; I really hope it doesn't go by the wayside...Please, let me know if you are interested in reading this one with me! Thanks!

I am doing a group read that ends on the 13th. You wanna do it starting on the 14th? Or, we could start today...none of the stories are very long at all. I LOVE Atwood, and would like to read this as soon as possible!

I just took this back to the library yesterday because I thought this group was going down the wayside...are we still doing this one, or is the group dead? I got the e-mail saying if we didn't get a new mod, it would be laid to rest. I wish I had the time to mod because I have a profound love affair with anthologies! Did we get a new mod?
Yep... Me. :) I haven't really had a chance to do much or send out an announcement, but I'm still interested in reading along.
Well, shoot! Looks like I will have to re-request it from the library! LOL...when i get it, I'll let ya know!

Okay...so its the end of November (almost), and I STILL haven't gotten around to getting this one back from the library. I feel like such a slack ass!!! I had a 'vamp' sucking the f&*king LIFE out of me on another group. I FINALLY just left the group. I want to have FUN reading, not be berated and feel like it is a chore. So...anyway, I was wondering if we should just move this one back to December, or if we should pick anew a start over. Its up to you, Becky! Thanks for your patience...
Well... It seems like it's just you and me, so I'm good with extending it to December. I'll still put up the poll for December's group read, and we can just do both. Or whatever. LOL
