This is the thread for Chapter 3 & 4 of Reaper's Gale. I hope you're all enjoying it so far, let us know all your thoughts :) (but no spoilers for later parts of the book please!)

How is the set up so far?
Do you like the premise?
Can you tell what it's leading up to?

Rhulad's predicament is actually quite heart-breaking. That cursed sword and Crippled God!

Between the Malazans and the Letherii, I have no issues choosing sides. Individuals aside, the Letherii elite seemed to be a group of power hungry leeches.

This intrigued me --> K'Chain Che'malle, the Firstborn of Dragons. I am pretty sure this is the first time we've heard them being referred to as being related to dragons.

Definitely a cool spot there TS! I thought the same thing but would probably have forgotten to mention it so glad that you did :)

Also really on the side of the Malazans myself. I think that the Letherii were pretty brutish in book 5 and even more so now. Can't wait to see more of how it all unfolds!

Ahh yeah, I have the actual book! Hope I can find some time next week for this, this week I'm moving so everything is a bit hectic and crazy!
