where the titans roam

This is titan territory,

Lars looked around. Commander Hange rode beside him.
"So this is Titan territory, ah?" Lars sarcastically said.
"Fascinating isn't it?" Hange replied. They both heard galloping behind them.

((Hello. I'm going to jump in here ))

Jade watched her superior officers ride ahead of her. She looked around skittishly. If this was Titan territory, then where were all the titans?

cooper looked around, she had been out beyond the walls several times, and normally they would have seen titans by now, titans are usually there the moment they leave the gate

Ryan kicked Derruse and urged the horse to go faster. He glared at the oncoming terrain, having associated it with Death by this point. He was dubious of the apparent lack of titans and decided that it was a trick and that they'd reveal themselves in a few moments when everyone had relaxed a bit.

Lars looks ahead and spots a Titan. "Looks like a 13 meter," he thinks. He rides off to try to locate more.

'Hey! No wait!' Yelled Caroline. She shut her eyes 'Theres too many over there' she gasped.

Jade looked back at Caroline. How did she know that? She decided to let it go and kept on riding. After all, she'd made the top ten. Caroline hasn't. She could deal with the titans better if she rode ahead.

Lars rides back to the group. "About 3 more up ahead...I wonder how many more are out there," he thinks to himself. All of a sudden, he sees an abberant charging toward the group.

"Kids, go! I'll get this one!" Ryan yelled at the group, shooting towards the abberant with practiced skill.

Jade took out her swords just in case. She wasn't going to take any chances.

Caroline let out a tiny strained laugh 'haha we're all gonna die here aren't we?'

"We need to get to somewhere safe..." Lars thinks. He looks over and sees Feli mount his horse as the abberant falls.

Ryan growled as he heard the words of the two cadets. "Hey, cadets! If you're already scared and looking for safety or thinking that you're gonna die, let me tell you two things. One- you can't hide from the titans in Wall fucking Maria, I mean seriously, how few brain cells do you have?! And two- you might die out here and probably will at some point die during your time in the Corp, so either quit the Corp or let the thought of your eventual demise become a standard thing," he said, aggression filling his tone. "Now you cowards, let's fight for humanity!"

Jade gritted her teeth. Fear was a human emotion! She couldn't help it if she was nervous or afraid. She looked at Caroline, for a moment she wondered, why was Caroline here? Caroline had no place here. Caroline was afraid of the sight of blood. So why had she joined?

((I'm just gonna jump in. This is my first rp.))

"Is this a bad timing to get late?" Alfred sighed as he positioned his horse right next to Jade, noticing her temper, Alfred managed to make smile. "So, titans huh, I see you guys have already been taking on em." Alfred took out his swords as he spoke. "I'm Alfred Hexller, it's my second time going out since then. I believe this was the new team I was assigned?"

'I think so' said Jade. She looked at the Titans up ahead 'are you ready to see the Survey Corps get its ass kicked?' Silently she asked herself why she was being so pessimistic. But she didn't have time to think about that. 'Just kidding' she laughed nervously.

"I think all of you are great fighters, especially that guy over there. So I think I shouldn't worry about anything" Alfred saw 2 titans, one 7m and a 15m, approaching them from the front. Alfred sighed as he shot his 3DMG on top of one of the taller trees.

"Everyone, switch to vertical maneuvering!" Lars yelled behind him. He shot a cable to a medium-sized tree and launched forward. He kept swinging until he approached a 15m titan. He quickly swung behind it and launched forward. He peirced the titans nape and killed it, then swung towards the 7m.

The 7m looked behind and prepared to swat Lars. Alfred swung towards its shoulder cutting its arm, the arm flung beneath Lars and created a loud crash on one of the trees, Lars went for the kill. Titans from afar looked at their location after hearing the loud noise. "There's more coming this way! I think we got their attention after that!"

"Ah crap..." Lars says. "Thanks for the help!" he yelled to Alfred. Lars swung onto a branch to check his blades when a abberant sprinted and destroyed the branch he was on.

Mysti watched. Then she heard loud thundering footsteps behind her. 'Oh' she she said. Quickly she hooked her gear on to the Titans shoulder and swung up. Carefully she edged her way across to the nape of the neck. She swung her blades. The Titan began to fall. She didn't have anywhere to jump to. She hooked her gear on to the huge body and hung on for her life.

Alfred swung and caught Lars just in time. An abberant chased them as he placed Lars in a branch. "Go check you gear." Alfred swung behind the titan chasing them and he was about to peirce the nape of its neck as a 12m titan lunged on towards him, Alfred immediately shot his 3DMG on a tree nearby, making the 12m bite the abberants neck. Alfred looked around and saw Jade falling together with a titan she was on.

Jade buried her head into the nape of the titans neck. She found herself chanting silently. I will not die, I will survive, I will make it home.

Caroline watched in horror. She was about to clamp her teeth against her lip but stopped herself. If they saw her she would face a trial. She would be unintentionally following Eren Yeager. She would probably end up dead

Alfred descended down the tree and ran towards Jade as he passed two other 7m battling Ryan and Cooper on the way. "Caroline move!" Alfred shouted at her "Caroline do something! I cant make it, she would get squished!"

Caroline nodded in ascent. She rode over to Jade. She hooked on to a building and flew straight above the Titan grabbing Jade under the shoulders in the process.

They tumbled into the tree. Jade tried to get down but found that there were no branches lower than the one she was on. 'Thank you for saving me' she said 'BUT COULDN'T YOU HAVE FOUND A PLACE WHERE WE WOULDN'T GET STUCK TO LAND?!'

A titan, 9m tall, was heading towards Alfred. Alfred rose his blades and saw that they broke. Alfred tried to shoot at the trees but the wires won't come out, might be jammed because of the forced pull as he was avoiding the 12m. "Broken!? Now!?". He ran away as the titan chased after him, desperately trying to make the damned thing work. Alfred thought -My horse! But where is it?- Alfred scanned the area as he ran, hoping to find his horse.

Jades eye spooked on to the Titan Chasing Alfred. That Titan was both an escape route and a danger. She shot her 3d gear into the titans back. Then she grabbed Caroline and they swung towards the Titan.

Alfred spotted his horse towards the left. Alfred took a quick left jumping on the horse and he rode away

Lars replaced his blades and looked over at Jade to see her slice throught the nape of the titan. "Nice kill," he thought. Lars swung down to his horse that he had called and mounted it. He soon found himself riding away from a crawler that appeared to be 12m. "Holy sh**!" he exclaimed.

As he rode, Alfred was still trying to make the wires eject. His gear suddenly shot in random locations and propelled him towards a tree, without control he spun and slammed towards the tree and fell to the floor, luckily it was not fatal. Alfred managed to get up and noticed the left side of his head was bleeding. As he was changing the blades in his sword, a 7m titan charged towards him. He shot his gear in the titans eyes, cutting its head after he landed on it. Alfred felt a sting on his head after doing the task, athough he managed to go on.

The crawler was catching up to Lars as he shot a cable at a tree. He realized that he wasn't propelling forward. "No, no, no, no!" Lars slammed the gas tanks and finally his cables pulled him forward. He looked at the terrifying titan that hurried after him. "I don't have much time," Lars thought.

Alfred scurried to the titan that was after Lars. He shot his gear on its back and managed to land there. Alfred felt a very sharp pain from his head and fell on his knees, using his swords to stay put.

- Any kind of salad/lettuce, vegetable or fruit may not be cooked, ordered at restaurants, eaten or bought pre-made. Reason? The food has to come from somewhere and if all the land around you is toxic ash, there's nowhere for that food to come from.

Jade watched as Caroline started to panic. She stood up. 'Caroline come on, calm down' she said 'don't to have a family that wants you to come back?'

Lars looked down and saw Alfred struggling to kill the titan. He unhooked his cables and lept off the tree then hooked his cables onto the crawler and slammed against its nape. "AGH!" he yelled. He felt a tremendous amount of pain in his right shoulder, had he turned to avoid breking his ribcage. He got up and cut through the crawlers nape then used his 3DMG to get onto a branch so he could rest.

-This would be one of the great times or my power nap- Alfred thougth as he held a tighter grip on his blades. "No I must go on, I must live, stay awake" To think that he was late for the mission because of his sleeping habbit, he should have not caught up and just stayed on the bed like what he does when he gets late for training.

Lars felt his shoulder. As he touched it, he felt that he had dislocated his arm. "Why did I agree to come on this mission," he said. "This is a complete nightmare..."

He started to hear ringing and got his vision all blurred. Alfred raised his head and saw Lars struggling from his injured arm. -More, more are coming, they just wont stop, where are they coming from?- He thought as he felt the pain increase, thinking to himself on how could he even think. 2 hours on the mission and this is already happening, Alfred considered what Jade said when he first met her. -"Are you ready to see the Survey Corps get its ass kicked?"- He thought as he almost passed out. No, he cant pass out, or else he would be titan chow.

Lars looked down and saw Alfred as he struggled to get up. "I should probably get him." Lars thought. Lars jumped down and hooked onto a branch as he swung down. When he got to the titan's disintegrating flesh, he picked up Alfred and slung him over his shoulder. He swung back up to a branch so they could rest.

Alfred took a deep breath after laying down in the branch. "Thanks, now were even." The ringing noise subsided, all he needed was rest. He could see the titans coming from afar. "Would this ever end? Why are we even here?"

Lars cut a strip of his shirt with his blade and handed it to Alfred. "Here. You need to bandage that wound." Lars advised. He looked around and saw a Survey Corps member get caught by a titan. "Ahh f***!" Lars exclaimed as he swung over to kill the titan.

Jade looked back. She turned to Caroline 'I'm going back' she stated 'not out of cowardice, but to collect reinforcements. The more soldiers we have, the better the chance of winning. Tell that to anyone who asks my whereabouts'

Caroline nodded. Jade whistled for her horse and rode off. Caroline would have stuck to orders but she had other plans. She ran to a nearby building to hide.

Lars cut the titan's nape as he swung by. As he swung back, he ran out of gas. "All about momentum now. I only have one cable so I only hav one shot at this." He swung back and forth and got the momentum he needed to go higher so he hooked onto a high branch that was farther away from him and let go of his other cable. He swung forward and dropped onto another branch.

Alfred stood up and swung next to Caroline after treating his wound. "How are you?" He looked aroud and saw the titans and the showers of blood. "Where's Jade, why is she not with you?"

'Uh' Caroline said, stopping in her tracks 'she went to grab reinforcements'
Caroline looked around. There was no one else nearby. There were titans everywhere. It was now or never. 'You can't tell anyone about this' she said 'stand back'
She clamped her teeth down on her lip and felt a hit burning explosion around her.

Jade saw the burst of light from the corner of her eye. She turned around to see a huge Titan standing next to a broken building. She swore. 'I still need to get reinforcements' she thought aloud and carried on towards the wall.

Lars heard the explosion and looked over. "Ho-o-o-ly crap..." he thought. "Wait a second...wasn't Caroline over there?" he asked himself. "Is she a...titan shifter?"
