James (theadventurousbookreader) Yeah! I have a journal. I am going to write some facts about myself. I will have a blast when it comes to writing books about myself.

message 2: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) - I love reading books.
- I have a Barbet dog named Scully
- My favorite color is red
- I love listening to various types of music.
- I love learning about things that I am interested in.
- One of my favorite hobbies that I do besides reading is genealogy which is mainly about researching family history

I hope that those facts about me are intresting instead of boring.

message 3: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) Okay here is my first rant from my journal is about not having enought books that actually intresting me inside my house. The problem with this is that I have limited options. Another problem, I am one of those readers who actually read something when I feel like it, which is why I take forever when it completing book series that everyone has already completed expect me. The last problem about not having enought books that are school friendly and I love reading books when I have free time in school.

I know that rant was pretty lengthy in detail, but I hope that you enjoy it.

message 4: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) Also, I need to get new books soon before I run out of intresting options inside the house that I live in.

message 5: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) Today, I am going to talk about my eventful day yesterday as a Eagle Scout, which is a achievement I got in December 2013 with my identical twin named Jack.

Once I got back home from school, I gotten a wonderul that I am have already got from my bubbly aunt Shelia, which is a Eagle Scout books where a bunch of important CEOs in Texas and the president of the United States give us letters of support for all the hard we have done.

After Shelia left, we went to the Scout hut so we can set up the photos of both of us,the cake , and many other important elements before it was our time to shine. Once we completed the set up and saw family/ friends we haven't seen in a while, it was time for the main event, which is the Court of Honor. The Court of Honor is a meeting where the troop I am in usually gives merit badges, which is a award you get by completing requirements and someone teaches it. Also, we get rankings once you complete the requirements of a certain ranking you have in Boy Scout Handbook, like the beginner ranking which is Tenderfoot. Sometimes, in a Court of Honor you get a Eagle Scout talking his speech and other important Eagle related stuff which is what I did yesterday.

When I did the main event, I felt very nervous and I felt like I was in the moment too, which is such a rare and rewarding experience. Once, the event was over I got a piece of cake and many lovely presents from family. Also, I said my goodbye greetings before I went to bed.

Tomorrow, I will share some great Jack moments since he is currently at Massachusetts for school and I miss him dearly. I hope you guys enjoy this lengthy post about yesterday's eventful events.

message 6: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) Since Jack has already at school in Massachusetts, I will give you some fun stories.
One of my favorite moments we both went each other first period class instead of our normal ones. That is a great memory and it makes me laugh each time I think about it.

The last story I will do about Jack is that he was very excited to get our dog Scully and he started to have tears of joy once we flew back home to Toronto, Canada.

Those are some of the great stories about Jack and I hope you enjoy those lovely stories about Jack.

message 7: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) Around a day ago I saw The Mortal Instruments: City of Bone and I was disappointed for the most part and here are my reasons why. The chemistry between Clary and Jace was rushed. The music when Jace and Clary were making out in the Instutie's garden was cheesy. Magnus was not feminine enough and the guys who plays Magnus was more mellow than the Magnus I pictured in my head. The only postive thing I have to say is that the action was entertaining. I hope you enjoy my little rant on how disappointed I was for the most part of the movie.

message 8: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) Yesterday was so much fun. I had went to Cousin M's voilin recital performance and she did a great job on playing the violin. Some of the best part about this violin recital is that I got to see a family realitive that I don't see often is cousin M father Robby and the violin performance that M did on let it go on the violin with a bunch of other students in that group.

message 9: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) Today I saw Muppets Most Wanted with my mom and the movie was alright for people who are not huge fan of them, which is a good thing. The only thing I wish that didn't happen while we were waiting for the film to start is the ads because they mentioned food in almost every single commercial, which is torture if you didn't grab anything from the confection stand. If you haven't seen this film, you should give it a chance and you should watch this movie with a person who is a huge fan of them. I hope that this inspires you to see Muppets Most Wanted before it is not at the theaters anymore.

message 10: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) One of my favorite hobbies that I do is watching movies and I have been a major film buff since I saw Lawrence of Arabian when I was 11 years old. Before, I mention my cinema highlight of the day I will tell you how passionate I am when it comes to this certain subject. When it comes to films I know a lot about present and deceased fimmakers, famous movies, famous star and starlets. Also, I read reviews, biographies, and listen to podcasts about this subject. Since you know how passionate I am when it comes to film I will mention my cinema highlight of the day.

Today, I was logging into my Movie Forums account and I saw something in the genreal discussion forum that intrigued me. Before I mention what intrigued me in general discussion forum, I will mention what the website does in general. In Movie Forums, you can basically talk about movies for the most part and there are some unique things about this website too, but I will mention them tomorrow when I talk to you about one of my favorite film websites of all time.

Now, I will mention my cinema highlight of the day that I found in Movie Forums. The cinema highlight was a challenge to learn more about Asian Cinema in general and I was super happy with jiraffejustin challenge idea on Movie Forums because I love expanding my movie knowledge and I decided to particapate in it.

I can't wait for May 1 to come this year and if you have any good Asian cinema recommendations please tell me on the thoughts section on this journal.

I hope that you guys had a fun time reading this and learning more about me at the same time.

message 11: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) I was planning to talk about why Movie Forums is one of my favorite film website of all time, but I felt that my school day was a lot more intresting than your average school day for me since a lot of bad things have happened to me today starting on third period which is Home Economics. The reason why things turn out really bad in Home Ec. is because I ate a ripoff Missippi mud cake that I thought it be good from Mrs. Rookie Home EC. Teacher. She is a woman in her mid twenties that has blonde hair who is very passionate about being creative. The sad part about the cake is that tastes really bad and the cake had way too much sugar to the point where I was hyper (which is not a really good thing because I laught at random times when I am hyper or really tried. Also, I get weird looks when this happens to.)

The next bad thing that happen to me is that the stupid printers in our school were not cooperating with me at all and I got busted by Mrs. Squirrel Pet Keeper, who is a lady in her mid-sixties or early seventies that keeps squirrels as pets. The rule that I broke was not letting your teacher see your IPad unless the teacher gives you permission and I really need to print my homework before Mrs. Super Die Hard Prince Fan's English class starts. Unfortunately I had make her wait for my copied homework and she had a glare that told me that she was really annoyed with us students in her class.

In fifth period, which is P.E a another bad thing happen to me at school. When I was getting changed from a sweaty workout that I have done, one of my friends decided to critize me for laughing randomly during P.E. in front of everyone in the boy's locker room. First of all, you are so lucky that Mrs. Smith (my introduction to chemistry teacher) or Mrs. Super Die Hard Prince Fan did not hear about this. Second, I am really starting to consider the options of not being friends with you anymore. If you do another thing like that during the school year I am really going to tell the teachers about all dumb remarks you have said about me during the whole school year.

The final thing that made my day even worse is when I have to wait in Ms. Skinner's office for about twenty to thirty minutes. This made me really annoyed and hungry at the same because I should of been riding the bus home in the afternoon like I always do instead of learning that Ms. Skinner made a major mistake when it comes to not read a email very carefully. The only good thing about this incident is that I got to read a lot of pages of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince while waiting for my mom to pick me up.

I hope that tomorrow is going to be a better day in genreral and I hope that you guys enjoyed my stories about a really bad school day that I had today.

James (theadventurousbookreader) Since the same person has bullying me multiple times, I thought that putting the lyrics of Fighter by Christina Aguilera would be a great idea right now instead of talking of film related stuff. Also, I want to thank Metrolyrics for their lyrics to the song and I will give them credit at the end of the lyrics of the song.

After all you put me through
You'd think I'd despise you
But in the end I wanna thank you
'Cause you made that much stronger

Well I thought I knew you
Thinking that you were true
Guess I, I couldn't trust called your bluff
Time is up, 'cause I've had enough

You were there by my side
Always down for the ride
But your joy ride just came down in flames
'Cause your greed sold me out in shame, mmm hmm

After all of the stealing and cheating
You probably think that
I hold resentment for you
But uh uh, oh no, you're wrong

'Cause if it wasn't for all
That you tried to do
I wouldn't know just how capable I am to pull through
So I wanna say thank you

'Cause it
Makes me that much stronger
Makes me work a little bit harder
Makes me that much wiser
So thanks for making me a fighter

Made me learn a little bit faster
Made my skin a little bit thicker
Makes me that much smarter
So thanks for making me a fighter

Never saw it coming
All of your backstabbing
Just so, you could cash in on a good thing
Before I'd realized your game

I heard you're going 'round
Playin' the victim now
But don't even begin feelin' I'm the one to blame
'Cause you dug your own grave

After all of the fights and the lies
Guess you're wanting to harm me
But that won't work anymore
No more, uh uh, it's over

'Cause if it wasn't for all of your torture
I wouldn't know how to be this way now
And never back down
So I wanna say thank you

'Cause it
Makes me that much stronger
Makes me work a little bit harder
Makes me that much wiser
So thanks for making me a fighter

Made me learn a little bit faster
Made my skin a little bit thicker
Makes me that much smarter
So thanks for making me a fighter

How could this man I thought I know
Turn out to be unjust so cruel?
Could only see the good in you
Pretended not to see the truth

You tried to hide your lies
Disguise yourself through
Living in denial
But in the end you'll see
You won't stop me

I am a fighter
(I'm a fighter)
I ain't gonna stop
(I ain't gonna stop)
There is no turning back
I've had enough

Makes me that much stronger
Makes me work a little bit harder
Makes me that much wiser
So thanks for making me a fighter

Made me learn a little bit faster
Made my skin a little bit thicker
Makes me that much smarter
So thanks for making me a fighter

Thought I would forget
But I, I remember
Yes I remember
I'll remember

Thought I would forget
But I remember
Yes I remember
I'll remember

Makes me that much stronger
Makes me work a little bit harder
Makes me that much wiser
So thanks for making me a fighter

Made me learn a little bit faster
Made my skin a little bit thicker
Makes me that much smarter
So thanks for making me a fighter

James (theadventurousbookreader) Going to get food at Smasburgers with Mom was more memorable than usual because of all of the things that happened once we got to Smashburgers. Before, we were ordering food the business woman at the place was ordering seperate meals for the employees by using seperate credit cards that belong to the indivual that she ordered the meals for. This happened about three to four times before my mom and I ordered the food and drinks that ordered there. After that memorable moment, we got our hamburgers and French fries and then we saw a woman in her 40s wearing leopard pants and shirts while we were eating her food. Seeing the woman dressing that way in a fast food place made my day and I couldn't stop laughing or thinking about it. Thankfully, we didn't get any your'e weird looks from people and that is the end of the story of our memborable Smashburgers experience today.

message 16: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) To all of the people who have been reading this journal, you will remember me posting about the bully I had in school that was not very kind when it came to me laughing at random times at P. E . Today, I will talk about him again since most of the day revolved around the bully.

The first time this happened to me today is when I was in my fourth period class with Mrs. Squirrel Pet Keeper. In her class, I mentioned all my problems to her when the topic of bullying came up. Around the end of the class, I started crying and some motivation from my friend Maria "Ree" and Mrs. Squirrel Lover to tell a teacher about this problem.

After a free period of non-bully drama, the bullying started during the end of lunchtime and I mention everything that went on during that moment.

Before this happened, lunch was really normal and fun until I saw the bully saying there a gay person here and mouthing off the gay slur at me. After that, the bully said to me I'm the nice bully, while Maria "Ree" was there with me. The minute I heard that my thoughts was What!!!! There is no such thing as a nice bully! Also, I couldn't believe this was happened and he admitted that he was bully and this made this so much easier when it came to telling my sophomore homeroom teacher the truth.

At homeroom, I told Mrs. Reese what was going on and she asked me a lot of questions about the situation, which made me feel really good.

Tomorrow, will be a intresting day and I wonder what is going to happen during the counselor's meeting and the reactions the students get throught out the whole day based on this crazy situation. I hope that you enjoyed this entry in my journal.

message 17: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) Today was very intresting day related to my bullying problems at school and I will list the reasons why. Also, if you afraid to tell someone at school about this problem I hope this inspires you to finally do it.

1. I don't have any classss with this person in my junior year. Yeah!
2.The bully actually got a huge lecture from Maria Ree" on how she hates it when people bully her friends like me yesterday since they both have World History together in the same period.
3. The bully will have to leave me alone starting this Monday and if the bully ignore it I get to tell a teacher about it.
4. The bully parents will get a call about this on Monday and the bully will get to have a conversation with someone about how inappriate it is to bully someone.

To all of the people who are putting up with a bully, I hope that you start telling a teacher about this before it is too late. Also, be yourself becuase the bully will never take that away from you. I hope that this post inspires someone who is dealing with this subject and thank you for reading this journal post.

James (theadventurousbookreader) Book Updates and Book RelatedThoughts from James # 1

This is a idea I have been wanting to do for a while and I all I do in the future multiple journal entry is books, which is not really surprising since the title above has the word book twice. I hope you guys enjoy this and please comment on here anytime you want too instead the thoughts section that I used to let people comment on. Now, let's talk about books and I will list the awesome things that are book related right now.

1. The Games of Thrones series is amazing and I wish I read the first book earlier this year. Also, I am huge fan when it comes to worldbuilding and characters, which this book has a lot of.

2. I am so excited and sad about the Buddy Read that I am going to do on Saturday when it comes to the last book of the Harry Potter series. I am excited because I am finally completed the whole series, but I am sad since I'm going to miss some of my closest friends in this book series.

3. Around two days ago, I bought Shadow Kissed from my kindle, which is something my Mom pays for at the end of the month. To all of you guys who haven't read the Vampire Academy series, I would recommend you to read it right now since it's has great characters, great action, and really steamy romantic moments. If that doesn't convince you to buy it, I feel sorry for you because this series is really addicting.

That will all of the thoughts for today and I can't wait to do this journal entry idea again.

message 24: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) The morning I had at the vet was amazing with Scully, my baret dog. There were so many cute dogs to look at and I was so tempted to pet all of them, while Scully was having a Happy Dog Hour with all of the dogs there by barking or being buddies with them. Also, I had a blast with the people there besides the cute dog. Some fun examples of this is when my mom and I talked to a bald man who boxer is mainly bald like him and there was owner who found it's lost chihuahua at the vet today. If I do go to vet again on summer break, I hope it was memorable like this trip.

James (theadventurousbookreader) *REPOSTED from others journals that share the same believes I have when it comes to being against racism*
This is a great/sad story

If you are against racism, share this!

A 50-something year old white woman arrived at her seat on a crowded flight and immediately didn't want the seat. The seat was next to a black man. Disgusted, the woman immediately summoned the flight attendant and demanded a new seat. The woman said "I cannot sit here next to this black man." The flight attendant said "Let me see if I can find another seat." After checking, the flight attendant returned and stated "Ma'am, there are no more seats in economy, but I will check with the captain and see if there is something in first class." About 10 minutes went by and the flight attendant returned and stated "The captain has confirmed that there are no more seats in economy, but there is one in first class. It is our company policy to never move a person from economy to first class, but being that it would be some sort of scandal to force a person to sit next to an UNPLEASANT person, the captain agreed to make the switch to first class." Before the woman could say anything, the attendant gestured to the black man and said, "Therefore sir, if you would so kindly retrieve your personal items, we would like to move you to the comfort of first class as the captain doesn't want you to sit next to an unpleasant person." Passengers in the seats nearby began to applause while some gave a standing ovation.
If you are against racism, share this.

James (theadventurousbookreader) Book Updates and Book RelatedThoughts from James # 3

Yesterday, I finished Allegiant by Veronica Roth and I felt like this book is not up to the standards I had when I have read the first two books, but there some good parts of the story. I will post a Con/ Pros list, but I want to give a warning to eveyone who is reading this journal. The warning is that there will be SPOILERS, so DON'T READ IT unless you completed the trilogy.

Pros:
1. I enjoyed learning the background of the Bureau, the Fringe, and the scarfrices that Tris mother had to do before she died in the first book.

2. The ending was so memborable, but it makes so much sense for this to happen and I enjoyed the message that the ending provided when things get tought. Also, I personally don't get why Veronica Roth got death threats over Tris dying and I thought that this was the only way that Veronica had to end this triology in my opinion.

Cons:

1. The POV's of Tobias and Tris sound similar and it got very confusing for me to poit where I had to look at a chapter to see who POV it is. I wish that she put it on Tris POV like she did on the first two books.

2. The book dd not have the same page turning moments that I had experience before. The book barley contained the thrilling action and romance that made me want to stay past bed time or read it whenever I went to a different location besides home. The only moments in the book where I felt like I was reading a page-turner novel is when Nina started to get the death serum to her own advantage and the plans that involving choosing how not to destroy eeeyone, while giving almost everyone the memory system.

I hoped that you enjoyed this segment and I can't wait to do this segment again.

message 29: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) Today, I give you some fun information I what I did in Redmond and Seattle Washington while I was up there and I will do one segment in my Washington each day. I hope you enjoy it.

Seattle/ Redmond Trip Day 1 Part 1:

About a week ago, my Mom and I were traveling buddies with each other for one airplane flight to Seattle non-stop, but the airplane really stood out before we got to the hotel where my parets and I were staying at.

The airplane design was a orange colored design in that has a beaver in it. Also, they had the word beaver in white letters underneath it too.

Some other unique features this airplane has is that the bathroom has germ wipes instead of soap and the way you got on the plane was really peculiar. The way you got onto the plane is that you had the first/middle row, you get the go on the front of the plane, while the back row has to go on the back of the plane. Other than that, the airplane flight was really normal.

Once, we got done with flight, Mom and I got picked up from Aunt Lydia, who been living in Seattle area for around two decades, while most of my family live in my hometown, which I am not mention since I currently live there for school.

After, Lydia dropped us up to our hotel in Redmond, we went to the lobby to get checked in and the lobby is very gorgeous and eventful.

The lobby has a bar near it with some chairs and you can listen to live music depending on what day it is and the lobby is next door to the front side of the courtyard, which is inside the hotel, but it has plants with grass on it with a bunch of white chairs of course.

After, my mom and I went to the lobby to check in, I went to the hotel room that I was amazed on how unique it was.

James (theadventurousbookreader) Seattle/ Redmond Trip Day 1: Part 2

The hotel uniques that I have noticed when I first came in were a fireplace that magically turns on, a bathtub that is near the TV, a shower that has a off and on button, and a some great luxory items for Scully my dog, but those features aren't the most important things to me when it comes to this trip.

The most important things on this trip is about family and enjoying the experiences you get when you travel.

After waiting in the hotel for around a hour and a half for Dad when it came to driving to the hotel destination, mom and I decided to walk around the hotel, which had cute pigs near the herb garden and a garden statue place near the backside of the courtyard before we went to Lydia's house for dinner.

Once, we got to Lydia's house for dinner, there were many fun events that happened while we were waiting for dinner.

The first fun event I had was learning how to play a game that Steve likes to play during his free time. The game mainly involve rockets and science, which can be confusing for me when I had to listen to my blonde haired and blue eyed cousin of mine talking about something he is very passionate about.

The second fun event is seeing cousins like Tay Tay, who is a brunette girl with brown eyes that is currently dating a guy named Matt who I met during that night, and Carter, who is about a six foot tall guy with brown eyes and brown eyes.

When the dinner that Lydia provided for the whole family was prepared and served, the dinner conversations we had were pretty amusing and fun, unlike the family dinners I have with my parents.

Once dinner was over with, my parents and I said goodbye to Lydia and called it a night once we went to the hotel.

James (theadventurousbookreader) Seattle/ Redmound Trip: Day 2

Day 2 in Redmond was a relaxing day for the most part and I done a little bit of errands before I went back to Lydia's house to chill with Steve and Kris, who is my girl gingered cousin that will be having her high school graduation on Sunday in Seattle.

When I went to her house again, I had major catch up talk with Steve, while we were sitting in the hot tub and the kitchen too. Once I was done with talking to Steve, Lydia suggested that I should try a Japenese soda called ramadule and it was really good. Also, I loved that the bottle had a little glass like ball in it so you can roll with and it look at it too.

Once, we left Lydia house we had to go celebrate Kris special achievement before the hats and gown ceremony part by going to dinner with her. At the beginning of dinner I felt very isolated since everyone was talking to each other except me, but thankfully I found ways to talk to people after a fly was stuck in my Dad's red wine.

Once, that event was over my parents and I started to crash down by watching the news and getting ready to go to bed.

message 32: by James (new)

James (theadventurousbookreader) Seattle/ Redmound Trip Day 3:

This is the day where I mainly explored Seattle besides being stuck in Redmond Washington. Once, I got onto the boat that travels to Seattle with around six family relatives besides me, I had a blast looking at the Lake Union, the Washington Huskies stadium, and the artwork that was near the stadium that was related to the huskies.

After that boat ride, I went to the Magic Duck boat ride in Seattle and I had a great time experiencing the sights of Seattle on the Magic Duck ride again before I got a Chinese food snack at the mall.

After getting a snack at the mall and going back to the hotel , I changed my shorts into jeans since I have already got a brown collared shirt on and then I went to dinner.

Once, I got to dinner I had another headache, but once I have gotten food and Tyenol I felt a lot better.

After dinner, I went to bed so I can prepare for another intresting day in Washington.

James (theadventurousbookreader) Seattle/ Redmound Trip Day 4:
Yesterday, was Kris high school graduation day and the first thing everyone in the family did who was there was to go to church. I enjoyed the church aspect of the day a lot and it is always cool to get a shoutout in church in Redmond.

After, church we ate lunch which was really good, but I had to changed clothes and take a little nap before her big day is there.

Once we arrived at Kris's high School, we basically sat down in the bleachers for two long hours, but as in any high school graduation that isn't yours there are some highlights that are rememberable like a female student taking a graduation selfie for the whole class before she did her speech, a English teachers' approach to grad advice, while talking about the book the students read during school, and the graduation class video that showed baby photos and everything related to a high school graduation ceremony.

After the two long hours of the ceremony, I went to reception area before having dinner in Lydia's house again.

As usual, the dinner were fun and sociable, and I was tired once I left her house again with my one of my parents, since my mom has to see my twin for moving day at end of his last days of boarding school for his sophomore year.

James (theadventurousbookreader) Seattle/Redmond Trip:Day 5

I was sad that we were about to leave Redmond and Seattle since this was our last day there, but before that happened it ended with a bang. The first thing I did with my Dad that particular morning is go to the dog park wth our dog, Scully and once we were done with the park, he took a doggie bath before he went back to the hotel.

After, Dad and I settled in the hotel, we went to a resturant pub with Kris and Carter that was five minutes away from our hotel, so we all walked to resturant togehter.

After my Dad and I ate at the pub, I knew that we were going to leave Seattle/ Redmond for good this summer and I had a great five day time there before I went to my first road trip this summer.

James (theadventurousbookreader) Wow, I haven't been really active in this journal at all and I hope I can be more active in it again.

James (theadventurousbookreader) Since yesterday evening, I have been in a mood for anything related to fantasy dragons that have a great friendship with each other since I had rewatch How to Train Your Dragon on a rainy evening. Also, I have bought Inheritance by Christopher Paolini yesterday since I was in a fantasy dragon mood and I have read the summary of what has happened in the past previous three books today, which makes me more pumped to read this book tonight at the dark and I also wonder how long my mood will last on this.

I hope that you enjoy my post on dragons today.

I have read the first three books before, so I didn't purposely choose it out of order Sara. Sorry for the confusion.

James (theadventurousbookreader) Today, I will mention some of the events that happen to me yesterday afternoon and evening.

The first fun thing I did in the afternoon is hang out with Hunter and Bailey, which are family friends in Idaho that I don't see that often unless it is the summer time and they go to school like me. The fun activities thar I did with them, their friends, and adults who watched us is tubing and swimming. The only thing I didn't do with them is diving onto little mountains where you can dive because I find it very scary.

After, I had a blast with my family friends , I went to Lakeview House, which is one of the properties that I go to when there is a summer or winter break from the place where I live to go to school and the news that I am going to report is quite freaky.

When I was about to relax after a fun time with family friends and take a bath, my brother Jack and my mom reported that they got strange emails and texts from a weird Facebook group that has our last names in it and I was freaking out, since Facebook has terrible security and privacy on the website, but thankfully I haven't gotten a strange text or email from them so far.

Those were the fun, but scary events that have happened to me yesterday.

James (theadventurousbookreader) I thought that I would share a amusing texts about Cold Sassy Tree, which is the last book that I am reading for school since I was required read two books for school. The other book I have finished for school is Fahrenheit 451, but I have a warning and some additional info about the book, so you wouldn't be really confused. The warning is that this text has minor spoilers about the book and Will, the main character of this book is observing and telling us what going on in this family feud of theirs. Now, I will get to the amusing text on the next paragraph.

Olivia; Hey James! How's it going?

Me:I am doing good. I am going to read Cold Sassy Tree, which is one of the two options that I have chosen to read for school.

Olivia:Cool!

Olivia:Sounds cold and sassy! Lol!

Me: The Sothern gossip in Cold Sassy Tree is sassy and scandalous.

Olivia:Cool!

Olivia:Is that what the book is about?

Me: The book is mainly about a fifty something grandpa who marries a girl that is that is two times younger than him.
Grandpa's first wife has died and he needed someone to take care of him, but the family disapproves it.

Olivia:But why two times younger than him?

Me:The reason why he marries her is because he believes that this is the only chance he will get marry someone again.

Olivia: Oh. I see.

Me: She actually cares about him a lot and she likes his family.

Olivia:That's cool.

Olivia:How old is she, or about how old is she?

Me: Her age is around mid twenties.

Olivia: Wow. That's young!

That is the end of text and I hope you found it amusing.

James (theadventurousbookreader) Yesterday, I was in two different airports all day long until I came back to the place where I live during the school year with some interesting things going on at the second airport that I have arrived before I went home.

The interesting thing that happened to me before I went home is their was an tornado at the airport, so my Mom, my identical twin, and I were going to a tornado shelter, while climbing up three to four flights of stairs with various other people that I didn't know.

After that , we walked out of the stairs and I stood for a pretty long time at the corner that was near the elevator, while hearing the announcement that mentioned that everyone should go to a tornado shelter, which made me even more scared, but I realized that the announcement is for the people who are not in the tornado shelter.

Once, the announcement said that everyone can go to their destinations, I felt relived because everyone who was at the airport tornado shelter with me survived and no one died, which is always good news to me.

After, we left the tornado shelter everything went back to normal and the airplane that was taking us home was there and the typical line that you get was there, which made me very happy because I missed seeing my five cats that I normally see during the school, but I had to wait for two hours for this to happen while watching The Lego Movie.

Once, I have gotten out the airplane, I was very relived to be at the airport that I normally go to when I have to go somewhere else for school vacation and the journey to home was wonderful since I have saw my five cats for the first time since around May.

That is what happened during the airport and I hope that everyone is having a great summer before they have to go back home from a wonderful vacation.

Once,

James (theadventurousbookreader) I know that school is approaching tomorrow which sucks because I don't want to see certain people, but the bright sides is that I won't get really bored in my house at times, which is good.

Other things that have been happening my life today besides realizing that school is approaching is that I have finishing The Before Trilogy for the first time and if you don't know what it is about, I will explain it to you. The romance movie trilogy is about two indivuals who names are Jesse and Celine and how their love story progresses into one night lovers to a married couple. That is all of things I will mention about the movie just you guys haven't seen the films, which are really good.

The last thing that I have been experiencing again when it comes to books this past two weeks is a reading slump and I hate those so much because you don't feel like reading for fun and the inspiration to read is lost as well until you're out of the slump.

Those are the things that are going on today and I will give you guys am update on what happens during my first day of school.

James (theadventurousbookreader) My first day of school was pretty boring, but it was nice to see that I got the homeroom teacher that I wanted and I love the fact that I got the meet a new student, which is awesome.

James (theadventurousbookreader) Today, at school I got some interesting news that the tall guy who has toured the school a couple of days ago is going to be in my grade and learning the same material as me, which is exciting since the majority of the people in my grade are really chatty girls. The only bad part about having this new student is that the majority of the girls won't stop talking about how attractive he is, which I find very annoying and I feel bad for the new student since he is coming tomorrow with a flock of girls begging for him to date them.

One thing that I know for certain is that school tomorrow will be quite interesting, despite how boring some of the subjects are to me.

Also, I will give you the scoop on the new student as well.

James (theadventurousbookreader) I had two days with this new student at my school and he seems nice for what I have heard from and the girls were probably secretly freakout about him in my classes for the most part, except on Wednesday, which was the first day he came to my school to learn with us.

Other fun news that I had besides is the new student is that I bought Obsidian in my Kindle, where my mom normally pays and the book is free right now as from today. I don't know how long that lasts, but if you have a Kindle, you should grab this deal just in case it is one of those Kindle Daily Deals if you haven't read the series like me.

James (theadventurousbookreader) What I did this weekend: September 14, 2014 edition.

Today, I felt like summarizing what I did this weekend. On Friday, I had my first book club meeting on The Fault in Our Stars with my friends and family members that decided to join. Also, having catch up conversation about the book and life in general was fun and I can't wait to re-read The Maze Runner after voting for various books for the next book club meeting.

On Saturday, I went to private ranch that one of my uncle owns to fish for some red snapper, but my Dad and I didn't catch any fish at all. On the bright side of this trip, I had a very proactive book day because I finished Travels with Charley: In Search of America and I started to get to the very good parts of A Clash of Kings instead of the slow tedious prologue, which I read because it helps you along once you get to the different characters point of view. Also, I have read the first book, so this style of George R. R. Martin is somewhat familiar to me.

On Sunday, which is today, I had some fantasy football players that I drafted got injured, which makes me sad because I am in a really bad position when it comes to winning at least a game. Other than that, it has been a good weekend and I wish I didn't have to do deal with school.

James (theadventurousbookreader) Today, in school I had an major first when it came to something everyone experiences in high school which is having to stay after school with teacher on the subject you are struggling with.

So basically after home room, I basically dealt with math problems in MMA, which is basically algebra I all over again since I did this in my freshman year.

Also, the worst part about dealing with doing math problems after school is that it gets really awkward when you see your teacher face that close, while hearing them breath. While I was do math problems this close, I had to think of Dory when it came to just keep on swimming just to release some of the awkward intention I had.

Thankfully, the math problems with teacher was pretty very fast and I had a great time laying on the couch and letting my brain take a break from school with tons of laugher from seeing Sixteen Candles for my first time.

I hope you guys enjoy this post.
