Here's the list you guys were asking for — all the other books Josh has written under different pen names.

These are the ones that can be found in my bookshelf, so I'm pretty sure I've forgotten one or two... let me know and I'll edit them to this list afterwards. Aaaanyways, this list should get you guys started in exploring new worlds and adventures. :-)

And if you guys want to discuss any of these, we can add discussion topics in this folder later on. Enjoy!!!

Sabine | 3041 comments I am all for discussing :-)
I have read mostly all of them ( not the Louise Harris one and The Art of Dying, but I am eager to do ).
I love to read your insights, that always open my eyes for things I had not seen or interpreted otherwise!

Goge | 641 comments My world of adoration for JL just expended :). New books to read! By my fav author!!! I'll start with MFMM series first. Thank you, Johanna!

Haldis | 1288 comments I downloaded samples of Corpse Pose and High Rhymes and...
Right now I'm thinking I'll start with the Poetic Death series.

Ame | 1744 comments I've read Corpse Pose. It was excellent. I've already admitted to being nervous because the cop's name was Jake (and he even has green eyes!) and the mother was English but that were worries I didn't need to have.

It was funny, well written, good crime (is that the genre? I never know in English) story. Totally recommend it.

Edit: Mystery! That's the correct term for the genre..... :)

I admit that I thought you had given them a high rating just as a matter of principle, not because you had read them. Better this way.

Ordered the first in the MfMM series in print and I'll get Poetic Death in ebook.

I think three new books will keep me busy for a few days.

Alan (bongmate) | 17 comments Yay! Thank you very much for creating this list Johanna. I'm a little nervous jumping into unknown territory here (non M/M) but much more exited about reading more of JL's stories. It's like I found a stash of Christmas presents in the closet and I can't wait to rip them open! lol :)

Thank you, Hambel. My problem was, that I didn't remember Josh's point of view on this. Here it is:
I don't think the stories will really work for anyone who isn't involved in the fandom, but they were intended to be read and enjoyed, so feel free.

So here are some more stories:

Just ordered Love's Good Fortune. I'm debating the yoga series and whether or not my mom would enjoy them for Christmas. I mean, now we can possibly enjoy the same author! Which means I might need to get two copies of each. :-D

I found the first yoga book at my library and the first of Diana's other series there as well. I can't wait to get to work early tomorrow to go hunt them down! Then I can sample read to my heart's content before buying anything. :-)

And I think your mom would enjoy Mantra for Murder series. There's some hilarious, delicious mother-daughter interaction going on in that series. Great woman characters, indeed!

Do these books contain romance or are they strictly mystery?

The mysteries can be read in any order, but there is a relationship arc for the MCs (how they met, how things change in their lives); so even though these are mainly mysteries, it is nice to tag along with the MCs from the beginning.

Yeah, my library system only had Docket Full of Posey too. I'll rectify that as soon as I figure out the best way to do that, either as a patron or as a staff member.
