I read the short story with Alec, and was wondering if and when he was going to get his novel?

If you've explained this in a book already and I missed it because I was staying up all night because I couldn't put it down, I apologize in advance. :-)

Have you ever touched base on who the first Dark One is and how and why he was made? I've read every one of the books but I can't seem to remember if that has been established or not.

I hate to say this but I started reading The Dark in the wrong order. At the time I reas about Pia and Kristoff. Once I collected them all I still could not start at the beginning i had to wait for the next book about Pia and Kristoff.

Are there going to be any more books in the serices?

How about one that brings all the characters together in the one book?

I don't think I've ever gone into much detail about how Dark Ones were formed, but I have been meaning to do so. It's just a matter of working that into the appropriate plot.

Yes, there will be more books in the series. Either they will merge with a new series, or they will run parallel to the new series. I haven't decided quite yet.

A reunion book is a possibility, but they are very difficult to do because you have to give all the characters a compelling reason to be in one place at the same time. I'm sure there are reasons for them to do that, but I'd have to make sure the plot was really strong to hold up to that many vamps running around. :)

Another question have you given throught about a Story around a Vamp or Witch in Australia or New Zealand. I have found Europe is very popular for Vamps and the like to show up so what about Australia or New Zealand both beautiful Countries with great history around them. Yes I am an Aussie to answer that silent question out there.

So this Raymond character... I just re read Zen and Crouching... I happen to notice in Crouching we never see him in the room with brotherhood until the very end with a taser...he just so happens to duck out when they visit the shelter etc... We dont see the scene with the brotherhood at Alec's house... So what is with Mr. Ray other then accounting... LOL I know I should think of an original question but that requires more effort then my hormonally stressed mind can manage just now.

I'm sure I'll come up with something clever... but I'll forget it till i type here again... *sigh* oh well.

Now that I am reading Playing with Fire my question has been answered. Love the fact that a charactor is from New Zealand where I lived 9 years of my life as a child and the rest here is Australia.

Love your work and trying to get your books is not all that easy at time I can tell you. Then again looking for books is the best fun to have. hehehe
