Diane (ladieswholunchreviews) | 3 comments Scheduling on wordpress, right? When you create a post, save it as a draft and use the newer way to create one. On the ledfy will be choices to publish, save draft, schedule, etc. Pick schdule and choose date and time to post. Hope that helps. You can find me at https://ladieswholunchreviews.WordPre...

Oh LOLZ Diane, I know how to schedule my posts in the literal sense... I was kind of wondering about what kind of schedule I should use, which days of the week, how other peeps cope with the stress. But thanks!

There is no right way to schedule.

One possibility is to consider where you publicize your blog (Google+, FB, etc.). If you have a particular site that you favor, google the stats on when they have their heaviest traffic, and post at that time.

Alternatively, whenever you're sober enough not to post on someone else's page works well. :)

Alexa (thessalexa) | 21 comments Really, it's all up to you. I mean, I know some people who write all their posts on the weekend or whenever they're free, and then schedule one for every day; and then there are other people who just up and write a post whenever they feel like it. Personally, I schedule my week ahead of time so I know when I have to write, edit, and post each post, but I generally don't schedule the actual posts ahead of time unless I'm going to be out of town or something.

As far as picking posting days, that's another thing that's completely your choice: like I said, some people post at random, others everyday. I post three times a week: a music post on Mondays, my random thoughts on Thursdays, and a collection of my favorite posts from around the blogosphere on Saturdays. Really, you just have to figure out what'll work best for you. What will you enjoy? What will allow blogging to stay fun and keep you from pulling all your hair out from stress? lol. If that's one post a week, that's fine. There's no rule that says you have to post everyday, or twice a week, or anything else really. Do what'll work for you. Remember quality is more important than quantity, and if you're super stressed about your blog posts, it's kinda hard to write good ones.

Hope I could help! :)

Ally I agree with Alexa! It's really up to you! Don't stress out about it. Just decide on how often and when you think you can post, and try and stick with it!
