Sorry the October threads are a bit late this month!

With our exciting Halloween Readathon coming up, it's the perfect time of year to get really stuck in and maximise your reading while enjoying an awesome holiday!

What are you planning to read this October? Something really spooky? Or perhaps one of our group reads?

Kassandra | -1 comments I'm going to try and go for lots of thrillers this month, including getting back into Stephen King and continuing with the second Miss Peregrine's. I can't wait for the readathon!

Amber (amberterminatorofgoodreads) I read The Halloween Tree by Ray Bradbury which was pretty good, and Murder at the Vicarage by Agatha Christie too with Black Rose by Nora Roberts.

Right now I am currently reading The Keeper which is pretty good and other reads.

Read that ages ago. Very good, long but good. Much better than the TV movie of "it" (w/ John Ritter, Richard Thomas, Tim Curry).

Erin *Proud Book Hoarder* (erinpaperbackstash) I'm not sure on those exact dates of the read-a-thon, but for this month in general going to knock back some paranormal (not necessarily horror) for another challenge, and get some other horror books out of the way (to be determined still)
