Couldn't agree more! I can't believe I didn't start reading her books earlier, but I've just started city of ashes. I'm so in love wit Jace, oops :)

Great because I totally recommend it, it's amazing! :)

Well I've read some reviews and you either hate or love the books, I guess there's no in between. You should give the books a chance and judge by yourself. :)

yes, I couldn't think of a better actor than Jamie tbh, he was perfect

X

As for the movie… well, I watched it with two of my friends, and it was so cheesy we couldn't stop laughing and probably pissed off everyone in the audience. It was honestly a bad movie but I enjoyed it nonetheless. The only casting I was happy with was Simon, because I have an unhealthy obsession with him and I really think that the actor got him.
I can't wait for the new book to come out! I just preordered a signed copy for 17 bucks, it's a good deal, you guys should check it out on Barnes and Noble's website!

Haha it's so fun because we are both obsessed and we keep fangirling in class.. I think our friends are getting a bit annoyed by our 'Jace' obsession :)
love how we have the same taste in books xo

Haven't read them either but from what I've gathered it's fantasy. Urban fantasy? I don't know.
If you go on its page the genres are listed to the side and the easiest way to see if a book's worth reading is to read reviews from someone with similar taste in books/opinions. :)

I absolutely loved the film :)
However, I did something I never do and saw the film before reading the book. Therefore, I know I watched it without any preconceived ideas. I will say that I think Jamie Campbell bower is great as Jace. I fact they are all really good portrayals of the characters (although Lily Collin's doesn't have quite bright enough red hair to match the book)
Like all films it missed parts out but overall I definitely recommend it :D

Edit: Forgot to mention I meant that I read first book for TMI.

It gets more exciting after book 2! Book 2 has some big revelations though ;)!"
Now I want to carry on! Perhaps I will after I finish Eleanor & Park...

I enjoyed the second one. I was still gripped by the third all though I can't say I enjoyed it as much. However, I LOVED the following books. It was these that really cemented it as a favourite series! I can't wait for the next one to come out.

Seeing as city of glass ended so well. I'm going to continue the series soon and hopefully it proves to be amazing!

(I'll be reading CoB anyway, though.)

( I personally have my standards lowered but I hope to be surprised.)
