Merged the edition without isbn. Difference in cover was only bad scanning quality. (Comparing both covers next to each other in the same size made clear it was a duplicate cover; where the covers on Goodreads seemed more different.)

The 2002 edition was already in the Goodreads database: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...
That edition had its cover changed by a bot, reverted that change.

These editions should not be combined. The Kindle edition only contains the play, and has 85 pages. The paperback edition has 256 pages and contains two other works, according to Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/5352...

I have replaced the default description to reflect this.

Edit: I separated the paperback from the others and combined the Kindle edition with the others, as most seem to have only the one play.
