After the End RP discussion

This a grocery store for non-weaponry items, such as food, cleaning supplies, dental health, first aid, etc.

Kaymalia walked in, looking around. She first grabbed a cart, then looked at the signs above each aisle. SShe knew first she would need to buy washtowels, and cleaning sprays and such. She searched the signs, until she found the right one, then she walked into the aisle. She looked around the aisle, until she had what she needed, and for good measure she got a bucket, non-profit cleaners, and other types of things to clean with such as sponges.
She then remembered the door oil, and bought several cans, then checked out. The cashier was unfriendly and grumpy, but Kaymalia was fine with that. She walked out of the store, and back to the asylum.

Woody walked into the grocery store and into random aisles. Periodically he would pick something off the shelf and stuff it in his bag he was dragging around. He didn't actually know what he was taking, just throwing it inside without checking. It's food, what doesn't he like to eat? Besides, if he happened to dislike it he can always just return it, right? Even if he shouldn't returned food with a huge bite mark, he didn't anyways. Not to be a jerk or anything, Woody just thought that someone would eventually grab it if they enjoyed eating it. He knew he would. Food is food.

Rose walked towards the grocery store hoping to find some type of food, since her supply of food had dwindled down to a few cans of food. Looking around the front of the store and not seeing anything or anyone, she walked inside and headed towards the canned goods.

He turned to the can goods whistling the Star-Stangled Banner song still blindly choosing off the shelves, but not as much as he was earlier knowing that he was about done. Woody seen a girl a few feet in front of her and stopped whistling. He had an Indiana accent that made him sound cheerful, not that he wasn't, "Hi I'm Woody. What ha doing?"

Rose opened her mouth in a mute scream of surprise, her eyes wide as she stared at the man. "H-holy crap!! Give a girl a warning before sneaking up on them..." She said as he placed her hand over her rapidly beating heart.

"Oh sorry..." He bent his head and stared at the floor scuffing his shoes against the floor, "I didn't mean to scare you. It was a accident I swear!"

"Mhmm....Sure." Rose said as she watched him for any signs of ill-intent. "If I had a dollar for every time I'd heard someone say that, I'd be drowning in money."

Woody looked up smiled at her, "Then you will be drowning in money Miss...miss... I don't know your name Misses. What is your name?" He stares at Rose innocently like how a puppy would do so. Without realizing, he had that innocent looked to him. Probably because he wasn't the brightest cat and always helped others when he could even if they ridiculed him. Well, he never actually knew when they did he just thought they were laughing for no apparent reason.

"Just call me Taint, I guess..." She said watching him carefully, her hands down at her side so she could easily draw her knives if she had to.

"You guess? But don't you know your name? Everyone knows their name! Well, at least their first name... Like I know my name. It's Woody!" He reaches into his bag and begins to pull out a ball of yarn which probably looks like a weapon the way it's angled.

She reacted out of instinct, her knife flying towards his head in a second. "Maybe I don't want to tell a total stranger my name...." She growled.

Woody jumped when he seen the knife flying to him and dropped the ball of yarn to the ground. It rolled to Rose's feet. Unlucky for him it hit him right in his left shoulder blade. "OWW! What was that for Misses? I didn't know you didn't like yarn. Sorry I will take that and just leave. Yarn is not bad though...it's harmless..." Tears filled his eyes and started to fall down his cheeks.

She stared at him her eyes wide her breathing uneven. "S-sorry... I-i thought... That maybe it was a weapon I don't know..." She said as she tugged her fingers through her hair. "Here, as an apology I'll treat the would I created okay?"

He nodded his head sadly and bent down to pick up the yarn. He grabbed a piece of the ball and cut it neatly. Woody handed the piece to her, "So you wouldn't forget your name anymore." He still couldn't believe that she would throw a knife at him, it was painful and shocking. With a sigh, he pulled out the knife and passed it over to Rose, "Now don't you go throwing knives at everyone Miss."

"Instinct, again sorry..." She said as she flicked it to the side so that what little blood was on it would splatter onto the floor before sheathing it. "Now let me see your shoulder."

Woody hesitated for awhile and shook his head. She already stab him accidentally, it's not like she'll do it again. He showed her his shoulder, "I don't think there if much you can do Miss..."

She shook her head and forced him to sit down before pulling out a bundle of cloth. In the bundle of cloth was an assortment of medical needles, syringes, and other stuff pulling out a needle and stitch thread she looked at him. "Will you let me stitch it closed or are you gonna just keep talking?" She asked with a hand on her hip.

You smiled and nodded his head, "Well, I guess I'll be quiet now." He stared at the needle and thread worriedly. It's not that he was afraid of needle, just the thought of a needle going into him repeatedly made him shiver just thinking about it.

"Good, now sit still and try not to flinch." She said as she cut and knotted the end of the thread. Taking a deep breath she steadied herself before she got to work stitching up the wound.

He froze a bit frightened about the needle, but once she began his fears left him. It wasn't so bad, and he barely felt it, except for that occasionally tug which barely hurt him. It'll heal faster and the bleeding with stop way faster than it would have if he just banged his wound. Woody thought out loud for awhile, "So do you remember your name now Miss? Or is it still on the tip of your tongue? You said Taint earlier, is that a nickname or something? It was Taint that you said, right?"

"It's Rose. Rose Taint." She said softly as she stitched up his wound, her fingers checking every stitch after she did them. "I just prefer not to tell people I guess..."

"Oh, I understand Miss Rose Taint," he smiled at her and really appreciated her gentleness on him, "I forget my last name, but some times I sit down and try to remember. I know it started with a B and ended with a D. Maybe it ended with a Y. I don't know...I try to remember though. Maybe Woody Bird? Woody Boy? Woody Boyd? One day I will remember. That's why I carry yarn and tie it around my finger. So when I remember it, I try it around and I should keep it in my mind." Woody talks a lot through the day, and when he wasn't he would whistle to himself some tune he heard or remembered from the past. Never was he faced with an awkward silence that fills people's conversations.

This made Rose giggle a bit. "So that's why you gave me the yarn, I've been trying to figure that out.." She said sheepishly as she finished stitching up the wound, looking around she spotted a bottle of vodka. Getting up she walkers over and grabbed it before walking back to him. "All I need to do is use this to clean the area around the cut and you should be good to go."

"Yes Miss Rose Taint, that's why I gave you some yarn. Don't worry I have a lot. A whole bunch of it. Well, just one ball. But still that's way too much for just one person. It is Miss or is it Mistress Rose Taint? I don't think you need to pour Vodka on it, do you?" He asked while staring at the bottle, "I like the way Vodka sounds. Vodka. Funny, huh?"

"Actually, I do need to clean the area around the wound so I do need to pour works in the wound." She said as she looked at him with a grim grin. " I wound want your arm falling of for anything, cause of me."

A small laugh came out of Woody, "Oh all right then...I guess so, but imagine that. One day you're just eating lunch and there goes you'd arm." He was beginning to like Rose as a friend and completely forgave her for the knife incident.

"I know right?" She giggled as he poured some vodka onto her sleeve before looking up at him. "I'm not gonna lie. This is gonna hurt like a bitch."

He nodded his head, "I'm ready for it...not really, but it's for the best, huh?" If it were up to him, he would have just left it that way it was. What's the worst that can happen? Nothing bad that he can think of at the moment. With his good arm he ran his fingers through his hair waiting for the pain to trickle onto his shoulder.

She looked at him and slowly brushed her sleeve against the stitches being careful to not snag them. "Sorry again you just scared the hell outta me..."

"Nah, it's fine Miss Rose Taint. I guess I should have warned you before I pulled out the ball of yarn. Sorry 'bout that Miss Rose Taint," he spoke sincerely to her.

"No need to apologize. If you had been the one to hurt it would have been another story but I hurt you so I'm the one who is apologizing." She said with a smile.

He looked up at Rose, "Alright then. Did you pour it yet? If you did I didn't feel it!"

She leaned back and beamed. "I'm just finished, your good to go." She said as she capped the vodka and shoved it in her bag, who knows when she might 'need' it....

"Are you planning on a next target Miss Rose Taint?" Woody playfully joked when he seen the Vodka beaning placed into her bag.

At this she smirked. "Yeah me." She said with a dry laugh, her eyes twinkling mischievously as she leaned over her arms causing her chest to press tightly against the fabric of her T-shirt. "If you know what I mean." She purred softly.

Woody's eyes widen and his faced flushed a little. He couldn't help it, his cheeks just turned the slightest shade of pink whenever he got shy. Shaking his head a little embarrassed he whispered loud enough to for them only to hear, "No. No, I don't know what you mean Miss Rose Taint."

She giggled and twirled a piece of her hair between her delicate looking fingers. "I plan on drinking it silly..." She said as she leaned in closer, so her lips were brushing his ear. "Feel like joining me?" She asked, her voice low and seductive as she gave a Cheshire Cat grin.

"I better not Miss Rose Taint. I-I-I'm not older enough to drink yet..." He gulped nervously. His voice a bit high from his shock and was clearly showing his Indiana accent. Woody never found himself like this, so he looked up at Rose and smiled faintly.

She grinned and punched his good shoulder playfully. "Just kidding." She said with a grin and a wink.

He laughed, "Alright then Miss Rose Taint." He playfully booped her nose right after feeling completely comfortable again.

She blushed and looked away, not used to the burn of rejection. "Yep." She said as she stood and brushed herself off. "Well it's about time I get going..."

"Sorry Miss Rose Taint...I will walk you out to the door, not that you need my protect. You can sure protect yourself," he stood up sensing that something was bothering her. Sadly, he couldn't place it, no one actually ever did anything like that to him and he was too naive to figure it out himself.

Spotting another bottle of vodka she walked over and bagged that too before walking towards the door. "It was nice talking to you Woody." She said as she opened the door Tracy to walk out before she paused. "What do you see in the future of this world?"

"Hmm...I never thought about the future. I'm always in the present unless I get bored of it. But I never thought of that Miss Rose Taint," he rambled out loud, "I guess I alway...well, we trying to make the best of it. And that counts, right?"

She paused in the door before she nodded. "Yeah guess so." Before she turned and disappeared out the door way.
