Hi everyone, this is the discussion thread for the third part of Dune which is called The Prophet. I hope we will all enjoy reading this SF classic and I look forward to hearing all of your thoughts, please feel free to leave them below and as this is the last section you may discuss all of the book so far :)

How did Herbert's writing work for you?

My final thoughts :

- I liked the ending a lot, but the rest of it wasn't all that interesting to me after a while and sadly I felt that the Maud'Dib was a bit weird as a concept and wasn't overly awed by that.

I ended up giving it a 2*s out of 5 and I won't probably continue with the others in the series but I did like the world building and I am sure I will be in the minority here with my lower rating as so many people I know adore this book/series.
