Watch the trailer for Wish You Were Here with the actor playing Adam in it and it may make you feel better lol! I admit that at times he did not look "hot" at times in the trailer, but I looked him up when he was cast and after watching that trailer I wasn't worried. I really liked the trailer! I thought that the film itself looked really pretty (the cinematography, etc.) and I like how they chose to do the whole "in limbo" Mia. I loved her parents (they were one of my favorite things about the novel) an that scene where her Dad is holding her as a baby just got to me haha! The song did not help my emotions lol. My main worry for this movie is that critics will be annoying and be all "another YA novel about death...it's just like TFiOS!!". That will seriously drive me insane.
I love the trailer except I think they could have chosen a better actor to play as Adam....I mean he's okay.
Even though I am currently reading this book, I LOVED the trailer. I thought it accurately portrayed the book, and it makes me want to see the movie!
Saw it last night!! Very good!! Different from the book, obviously, but still very, very good. I like the ending better in the book thoughThe acting was great. And the actor who plays Adam (Jamie? I forget) was surprisingly good. I thought he did a swell job haha. The emotional level was where I expected it to be.

it was pretty good but the sequel is way better. I can honestly see why people would find it a little lacky cause she does ramble around the hospital in sprit form throughout the book. The interesting part of the book are the flashbacks to know how her and adam met and how her family and friends are like.

Omg its soooo good
I liked the movie, but not the actor who played as Adam...he was definitely not anything like Adam or how I pictured him.
I didn't read this series yet or anything by Gayle Forman at all :(
I have a few problems.
1. Who was in charge of casting because the guy who plays Adam is cute, but not attractive enough to be Adam or not nearly "cool" looking enough. He's cute in a nerdy way, which is NOT how Adam is supposed to be.
2. Idk how I feel about this movie at all, I think it'll be good, but it's a movie that can be easily messed up especially because Hollywood has a talent for ruining books
3. Adam. That's my main problem. I mean what. Why him?
Things I liked-
1. Chloe :) love her, she's a great actress
2. that Teddy was listening to the CD player during the crash, sooo accurate
3. the music, Say Something is such an emotional song and I teared up when it started playing. It was a good choice
4. There are obviously things that come straight out of the book, which is really cute
