Twisted question

A big climax point in twisted is Tyler deciding he wants to run away. This is big for him because he may make some decisions he will regret. For example, so far Tyler has stolen over 400 dollars from his dad, his dads loaded gun, and is writing letters saying not to look for him. In Tyler mind he is perfectly fine and just wants to get away from reality. But to everybody else there is something wrong and Tyler needs help.
