The challenge is to read 26 books, each starting with a different letter of the alphabet, from A through to Z!

The books can be any genre or publication date.

Only books read between January 1st - December 31st 2016 can be included.

This is our third year of A-Z challenges and I think they're great fun, so I hope you'll join us in 2016 whether you're old or new to them.

This challenge can be used in conjunction with all of our other challenges. So you can double up and use the same book for as many as you like!

NOTE: When posting advancements on your challenge, please copy and re-post your original selections with your changes or post the original message number so interested members can follow your progress.

Copy the line below (bottom of my post) -- but remove the space between < and a at the beginning and also remove the space between < and /a at the end.

Where is says my link text delete that and write Message 15 updated or whatever you want.

Then click on the date & time in the bar for message 15 and copy that URL from your browser bar and paste it into the spot between the set of quotes (replace the URL that is in the line below.

I don't know if that makes any sense. But try it and see what you get. Anyone else have better instructions, please feel free to clear this up.

Thanks for your help. I was finally able to get it to work. I do most of my work on my iPad so I had to enlarge the printing to be able to copy and paste only the parts I needed.

I've got 4 titles that fit so far -- the first are always easy without even trying. Got to start on my Q, X & Z books -- those always take some thought.

B: Black Beauty: Original and Unabridged by Anna Sewell
C: Crystal Kingdom by Amanda Hocking
F: The Fifth Season by N.K. Jemisin
I: Ice Kissed by Amanda Hocking

I think you can do what you like - personally I use the title of the book I actually read - so if it's the translation I use the translated title. But it's up to you I'd say?

Yes, just choose either one. It's up to you.
