Ok well I have done a bit of research on Harlequin/Silhouette books. I love HP but there has never been an author with the letter U. I started searching around other series after that
Harlequin Romance had a male Author with the name Albert E Ullman in 1955 the book is called "Hoodlum Alley" I can only find one used copy available but cost is little high for me.

Now the only other Harlequin authors I could find were both in Love Inspired -- Debra Ullrick has Historical Love inspired and Anaslee Urban Suspense Love inspired.

Wow, Pam, you did a lot of research. We don't have to be 100% Harlequin. But, for those who wish to keep it 100%, if I get at least two participants to agree, I will declare an amendment to the rules that states in the last 3 months of the year, if you have not found a book to your taste for your remaining open letters, you may pick an author/title which has the needed letter within the first 3 letters of their name. That will open things up a bit for you without taking the challenge out of the challenge, but two of you have to agree and then I will add the amendment to each yearly long challenge.

oh it was kinda fun researching. I read a little about the Albert E. Ullman it interest me when men write for Harlequin. He had written quite a few mystery suspense novels in the 1930's. I am still considering buying the 1 used one available just for curiosity.
