Did your edition have no chapters? I found mine doesn't, and that's just weird, reading-wise.

Chapter 17 - it's getting harder and harder to believe this story, I'm sorry to say

I just found the whole thing pretty dull.

Yeah, that too... So far, it's getting 1 star from me, and I don't think I'll read the next one

Chapter 17 - oh, that's funny! Imagine the headline:

I felt the same way. dragging myself through this one was bad enough.

So the guy attended Eton (!!) and became a cop? I don't know, seems like a bit of a waste of money to me

(view spoiler)[ Idk how i feel, this was a bit more enjoyable than book 1, but i wasn't interested in it at all. I honestly didn't remember Spencer so that is bad. I like the Alexia girl, she punches people. The narrator is still horrible, her "russian" ascent was horrible. I cringed bad. The other people were mainly annoying and complained way too much. Enjoyable read but
This book 😭 I'm sorry, Idk why she has to be the main character in everything "you are the lost princess" like what- why is this so exaggerated. and im pretty sure no one cares about 200 years ago. they killed the entire royal family so a new family must've taken over. She doesnt hold power anymore no matter her ancestry. (hide spoiler)]
