About question 4, they always
ALWAYS
had the chance to back out, but they chose not to, and I still think he did a wise decision. The whole mission was planned and started by him anyway, so you'd expect him to be a little selfish. He had so many unanswered questions, I just think Nina was stupid to just run out like that.

OMGG THIS BOOK IS FULL OF SPARKS. I counted and I blushed like 28 times so far. it's crazy how words can make your heart flutter and almost imagine what it would feel like if it were you >_<

Oh yeah... come on Nina!! Well in the end as long as they make it out, I'm okay with whatever they choose to do.

I totally understand your point of view and you actually worded it in a way that makes sense. I would have totally said the same thing but I wouldn't have said it the same way.

2. naah. they're both soldiers and therefore their first instinct is survival. I thought it very realistic how Nina never told anyone not just of shame but because when Mathias brought it up to put a wedge into their group, she felt it wouldn't matter - what's done is done. I found that part to be good writing because of its logic & how it matched Nina's personality as a Hearttrender and soldier
3. Nope. some crazy shiz is going to throw us into some loop & the fate of Balyur may not even be the biggest decision the gang faces.... (dun dun dunn)
4. Kaz felt vindicated and justified so I don't know if it put a wrench in their plans on the Heist but I think that whatever happened we have future repercussions that we may not expect
UGGGGHHH loving it soo far!! just started part 5 && I'm not ready to finish the book.... HELP!

Ugh I'm a lump of emotions, I was expecting Van Eck turn against them but the way it played out was something I wasn't expecting, the things he said to his son was just awful and then he steals Inej, This not acceptable. but I love how Kaz was like I'm gonna get my money and I'm gonna get my girl

I just can't deal with Van Eck right now. Who treats his own son like that? It makes me sick. OMGG I squealed when Kaz said that <3

1. What is your favorite OTP thus far?
OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG THIS QUESTION INFURIATES ME. I can't just choose one ship! But if I was to... I would obviously choose Inej and Kaz. I definitely thinks Kaz needs someone like Inej in his life so he can settle down and just have someone to tell him what's right and wrong. Maybe it'll make him less reckless. What does Kaz want? You, Inej. You (reference on pg 205).
2. Are you surprised by what Nina did to Matthias?
I don't necessarily call it betrayal. She probably had some underlying reason for doing what she did. I don't think she would ever betray Matthias without no one the consequences and she's even not that evil of a person.
3. Do you really think Matthias and Nina are going to betray Kaz in the end?
NO. NO. NO. Of course not! They want to kill the scientist now but they wouldn't betray Kaz... would they?
4. Do you think the detour Kaz took to Pekka's prison cell affected the group's plan?
I absolutely hate Kaz for taking the detour. I understood his reason for wanting to go get revenge for his brother but he's the one that brought everyone there in the first place and he should at least finish the mission instead of think of his self interests. I'm kind of disappointed (but I still love him).
UGHHH I CAN'T GET OVER THE MATTHIAS AND NINA ROMANTIC TENSION.
