Detectives Delaney and Turner don't take Maggie's claim that Stucky was responsible for the waitress' (Rita) murder. Do you think this was their personal assessment, Kyle's or a combination of both?

Probably a combination. They've watched first hand her descent into paranoia and fear so I can see them being skeptical. I don't think Kyle helped matters by the way he sidelined her, stimulating all sorts of rumors. It wasn't productive or helpful.

I think Delaney and Turner had seen enough of Maggie's strange behavior to think that she was losing it when she claimed that Stuckey was responsible for Rita's murder.

Probably a combination. Like Robin said, they felt that Maggie was losing it and probably figured that she was going to blame any death like it on Stucky.
