I finished The Twelve last night and again really enjoyed it. Here's my review:
A very good follow-up to The Passage. I found the beginning of the book very confusing - there are a LOT of characters, and the time jumps around. It's times and books like this that I miss reading a "real" book - I could thumb back through and find out who this dude is. But it does eventually come together, (as do at least some of the characters), and the things/people that confused me made sense.
I was very satisfied with the ending...most of the loose threads are wrapped up. There is ONE big thing remaining...which is why the 3rd book is coming out in May.
It's a long book but I thought it moved along pretty quickly. i would recomend it to fans of post-apocalyptic fiction.

AND - talk about lucky - a few days after I finished this, I got an e-mail offering me an advance copy of The City of Mirrors to review. WOW - I am about a quarter of the way in, and it is NOT disappointing me!

LOL! I couldn't believe the timing and luck!
BTW - I won last week at the casino for the very first time in EVER!

It really is - a lot of the story of Zero. A lot of stories of all of them - another L-O-N-G book but that's okay as it's reading fast.

I'm going to continue on and read The Twelve now. I was intrigued with the last chapters in The Passage and I want to see what happened in Roswell.
