Maggie didn't plan to become so involved in the case but....

Should she have contacted Kyle to follow protocol? Do you think she should or could have handled things differently?

Robin (robinmy) | 1214 comments I really didn't have a problem in how she handled it. She was on her own time (vacation) and could do what she wants. But she should have made it clear to Watermeir that she wasn't there in her capacity as an FBI profiler.

I didn't either, Robin. She sort of fell into it gradually and had no intentions of getting this deeply involved. Watermeier knew she wasn't involved but slimed out by throwing her under the bus during that press conference. I'd have been just as angry.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1392 comments I agree, Jonetta. After he threw her to the media wolves, he seemed to disappear from trying to solve the murder cases. Wanting a transition from NYPD to retirement is understandable, but being a professional, elected sheriff required his complete attention rather than covering his derriere.
