First, let me suggest that you keep hydrated.

Water is a must.

Make sure to take all of your medications if you take any at the prescribed time as usual. Make sure you get your sleep if you need it or take a Churchill nap (smile) so that you can keep going if that is what you want to do. Make sure to eat your regular meals or have some prepared food ready to go - protein bars, raw vegetables and fruit are always good ideas. Make a salad and pack a lunch - that is always fun - you could pretend you are going to a picnic. Make a batch of coffee or herbal tea and have plenty of liquids on hand. Try to get some exercise in during the day - you can get on a treadmill and walk and read in place or listen to your book checking with a table of contents for correct pagination so you can see how many pages you read. You can go for a walk and bring your headsets. You can drive to an errand and listen in your vehicle. You can take a lunch break and bring your book. Instead of watching television at night - you could go off with your book and relax and lose yourself in a far off world or subject matter.

What are the rest of you snacking or eating or drinking?

Michele (micheleevansito) | 51 comments Well... Lunch was a turkey salad wrap, with potato chips. Dinner was a gryo with beef, homemade yogurt sauce, tomato and cabbage. I had White wine with it, hubby had a pale ale.

Lunch sounded very good. Lots of water is very key and tea is also good too.

Keep hydrated.

Gyoza | 240 comments I started my reading late at night, so it was coffee and homemade coconut macaroons. Yum.
