Dexter Ramos (dexterramos) Guys, guys, guys! I've finished reading The Problem With Forever! I'm so excited to discuss it with all of you! I never got a chance to discuss Dreamology last month because I've read it so late. And I feel so bad about it. Actually, I feel out of place to say anything what I think about the book after I've finished reading it, because you all having this great and long conversation. And you all hit everything what I wanted to say. So, this month, I make sure to finish our book of the month in time so that I can be part of the discussion. The Problem With Forever is a masterpiece. I can't really describe how I really feel about the book because it's just so good. And I like it so much. I'm so excited to hear all of your thoughts and feels about it! Though I have to admit that it got me 100 pages and more before the story fully got me in. But that doesn't make me dislike the book. I still end up liking it so much. So, guys, read it now! Hahaha Sorry, I'm just really excited to discuss it with all of you.

Josselyn Radillo (jossradillo) | 4 comments guys do you remember the color Rider used to write his name on the wall? I remember mouse was red but I can't remember rider's color

Dexter Ramos (dexterramos) I think it was not mentioned what color he used. But I'm not fully sure about it.

Dexter Ramos (dexterramos) Rider's paint color is black. Hahaha

grace (thehouseofhades) Hmmm, I've had time to think it over and this isn't much of a review. More of, like, my thoughts.
I think I liked this book! I'd rate it 3/5 stars.
I loved the message(s) it gave. As someone that used to be (for nearly her whole life) terrified of public speaking or even talking to family/friends, I related to Mallory. I'm so happy that she had a great support system for moments when she would be way out of her comfort zone (Rider, her parents, and a few other friends). They celebrate her triumphs, whether "big or small".
At one point, I thought this would be a "favorite" book of mine... But I felt like SOMETHING was missing. *wishes she had taken notes whilst reading this book*
Also, i'm a Spanish-speaker and I noticed that many of the phrases/words weren't used properly. *again, wishes she had marked the pages and taken notes* I just read JLA's "Acknowledgments" and someone helped her with the translating, but *shrugs* some words weren't edited correctly.
Overall, I liked it!! For fans of this book, I recommend:
-"Shatter Me" by Tahereh Mafi
-"Speak" by Laurie Halse Anderson

Josselyn Radillo (jossradillo) | 4 comments Thank you Dexter (;.

I agree the Spanish phrases weren't used correctly!

Caitlin Michelle hey everyone! I enjoyed this book as well, I gave it a solid 4 stars! I really liked the character development that Mallory went through and how this book brought attention to a lot of really important topics! Of course it wasn't perfect, but overall I enjoyed it a lot! This was also my first book by Jennifer L. Armentrout, and it didn't disappoint!

message 10: by Bre (new) - rated it 5 stars

Bre (bredmgz) Omg I absolutely loved everything about this book! It was refreshing that rider wasn't a jerk playing hard to get. I was completely invested in all of it. Although Paige pissed me off I couldn't even blame her. I literally cried about jadyn.

Candyce Kirk (candycethebookdutchesses) | 9 comments I thought this book was good. It's nice that it covered topics some like to ignore. It definitely had some plot twists I didn't see coming. Another good book by Jennifer L Armentrout.

I actually just finished the book today, and I thought that it was great! The character development kind of astounded me but I honestly loved watching Mouse grow up in this novel and develop as a person. I think that you're right Teeh, this is my first ever JLA novel and so I had no expectations going in, but I loved it.

Rider felt a little bit too "perfect" at times which is probably why I would rate this book 4 stars. Even though I could see his flaws and was surprised by that plot twist near the end of the book, I still enjoyed reading about the "rightness" of their relationship.

Overall, very pleased with this book, and now I'm going to go and get some more JLA for me by looking at her backlog and adding it to my TBR>
