Cecelia Blair | 2 comments I'm re-reading Hexwood by Diana Wynne Jones & Sunshine by Robin McKinley!

Charlene | 21 comments I am listening to Hypocrite in a Pouffy White Dress by Susan Gilman.
Very funny. I'm reading the sixth book of Sara Donati's Into the Wilderness series entitled The Endless Forest. This series was highly recommended by Diana Gabaldon of Outlander fame. It deserves that recommendation.

Carla (writeon1913) I read 2 Bodies for the Price of 1 by Stephanie Bond. This is the 2nd book in her Body Movers series. I read one a year or so when the mood strikes me. If you like cozy mysteries, this is a good series to read.

lc love (beeeeeeeeeeep) I'm reading Illuminae coauthored by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff. Fortunately for all of us, this is the first of a series; if you like space, witty banter, twists, and even more twists you have found your next read!
Warning: not for the faint of heart

Read if you like: World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War , House of Leaves , The Passage

Annice (asevett) | 37 comments I am a little more than halfway done with Modern Lovers by Emma Straub. This is a perfect summer beach read as it follows two main families and their children as they navigate their love lives. It took me a while to get sucked into the story and the characters but now it is hard to put down. I am enjoying this book much more than her first book, The Vacationers.

Carla (writeon1913) I am reading Mildred Taylor's The Land which is a 2016-2017 Middle School Battle of the Book selection. I grew up reading Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry, Let the Circle Be Unbroken, and Road to Memphis so I am enjoying a new visit with the Logan family.

Carla (writeon1913) And I started reading Kimberla Lawson Roby's newest book A Sinful Calling at lunch. It's pub day for her and this is part of her Reverend Curtis Black series that I've been reading since it first debuted.
