I'm going with the Atkins Diet, with the goal of reading five books I own and the several books I currently have checked out from the library, whether e-books or physical (I've already listened to all of my owned audiobooks).
I keep reading books from the library, while of course purchasing books, so I want to read some of those that I already have at home and are lonely on their shelves :)
I also might do the Sleeping Beauty diet and should probably do the Detox too, lol :)

To-read list obesity is a complex disorder involving an excessive amount of unread books. This isn't only an organizational concern. It increases your risk of unfinished series and harms your ability to read books you care about, such as romance, thriller or even historical.
Being extremely book obese means you are especially likely to have unread books on your list.
The good news is that even modest to-read book loss can improve or prevent the problems associated with book obesity. Browsing changes, increased reading activity and behavior changes can help you lose to-read books. Prescription medications and weight-loss surgery will probably not help treating book obesity.

To-read list obesity is a complex disorder involving an excessive amount of unread books. This isn't only an organizational concern. It increases your risk of unfinished series and harms your ability to read books you care about, such as romance, thriller or even historical.
Being extremely book obese means you are especially likely to have unread books on your list.
The good news is that even modest to-read book loss can improve or prevent the problems associated with book obesity. Browsing changes, increased reading activity and behavior changes can help you lose to-read books. Prescription medications and weight-loss surgery will probably not help treating book obesity.
