How do you define The Dreamers? From your perspective and understanding on the book, who exactly are The Dreamers?

I view The Dreamers as those who have bought into 'The Dream' or 'The American Dream'. This Dream being: nice house, spouse, kids, good job, steady income, expendable money for leisure activities. I also view The Dreamers as blacks who are not engaged in 'the struggle'.


I view Dreamers as those who can see a vision of the 'life' they want. Aspire to collect that life as in the "American Dream" I view the Dreamers as a group who feel there is nothing wrong here and they have a view that is counter to the struggle we all feel daily "Unwoke"
