Was anyone else a Lois Duncan fan when they were kids?
This is reminding me of a grown up version of Down a Dark Hall, but with Fae instead of ghosts.

No, I've never read it!
This book was compelling right from the start.
It's just the kind of story that draws me in, realistic setting with the magic sparkling under the surface.

I'm glad that this group got me to pick this up though, since I don't read as many new releases as I'd like to.

Roses and Rot is one of the few 2016 releases that I absolutely loved. It's worth finishing.
