This book was compelling right from the start.
It's just the kind of story that draws me in, realistic setting with the magic sparkling under the surface.
I plan on reading this one, but the copy I ordered is taking its sweet time to cross the oceans and appear in my mailbox in France!

...aaand I'm not going to finish this on time. I started it a little over a week ago, but then the election happened, and reading plans went out the window...I'm glad that this group got me to pick this up though, since I don't read as many new releases as I'd like to.
No worries! This group doesn't close its discussions and other members are always happy to chime in on a previous read that another member just finished.Roses and Rot is one of the few 2016 releases that I absolutely loved. It's worth finishing.
