For those of you who have read Ready Player One by Ernest Cline, how does Armada compare?

Liking it. Reminds me of Ready Player One.

Sadly won't be making tonight. Younger kid had a dental appt. See all of you next month at the holiday party.

That's a good question. Did anyone go?

Jim and I were there. It felt like old times when the club was in its infancy. The consensus was we liked it, but it's not nearly as good as Ready Player One. We felt that we might have liked it better if we had read it before Ready Player One.

Okay. The longest cassette tape I remember was 120 minutes. So far this Raid the Arcade Playlist is 1 hour 48 minutes and I am waiting on the last song to come in, which I think is 6 minutes. So unless there were cassettes I don't know about this destroys the whole book.

Anybody want to borrow my cds of this when I finish it?
