I love this series. It is told from Chet, a dogs, perspective. Chet and his human Bernie run the Little Detective Agency. This time they are involved in a divorce case and then on a trip to a circus with Bernie's son Charlie they get hired to find out who kidnapped the elephant Peanut and her handler. Chet tends to get a bit distracted, especially if there's food around, but the reader can still figure out whats going on. Chet has some great lines too that made me laugh. I needed a lighthearted read right now and a happy ending. Got to love Chet the Jet.

It is a fun series. I wish I hadn't read all of the ones out so far before this month.
