Barb (barblibrarian1) Although 2016 has not ended and I am still reading away, I am looking forward to 2017. This year I really want to focus on the books that have been on my list forever, especially if they are books I already own! 2016 I kept adding new books to my list and read them immediately. I hope to be a bit more balanced in 2017 to get those old books off the shelf.

Anji | 275 comments I'm the same as you Barb. I'm compiling a spreadsheet of all my JAFF in all formats. It's a long, slow old job trawling through purchase histories but I'm getting there!

Anji - I was so surprised to find some of the books I had on my TBR list were already also on my Kindle. That is where I am starting. Best wishes!

Sheila Majczan (sheilalmajczan) | 1301 comments I read this one way back before I retired in paperback but I don't think I ever posted a review. I will have to reread it to do so.

Silver Thistle (silverthistle) Great start Barb! I've got that one on my list but I don't think I'll get to it this year.

Sheila Majczan (sheilalmajczan) | 1301 comments I am presently reading an unpublished book of 2117 pages and loving it. I am not attempting to rack up the number but looking for enjoyable books to read. This book will take me another 3 days at the rate I am going...553 pages in one day.

message 16: by Abigail (new)

Abigail Bok (regency_reader) Good lord, 2,117 pages?? Who has the time to write that much? It takes an assiduous reader like yourself to go there, Sheila.

Sheila Majczan (sheilalmajczan) | 1301 comments NOTICE: I went to the source and copied this for myself and it is half that number of pages when I did it....but that still is about 1000 pages.

I like the way you think. I don't travel much except to visit my children and grandchildren but reading is surely up at the top of the list of pleasures in my retirement.
