Indie and Self-Pub Book Corner discussion

I have just readied my second novel, Acre's Bastard, for publication through IngramSpark. I was told that it would auto-populate to Amazon. It's already on Barnes and Noble and Chapters' websites for pre-ordering, but still no sign on Amazon. Do I need to do anything else or will it show up eventually? What can I do to get it up there sooner?
