I am currently reading 'Wave'. Sonali Deraniyagala's memoir of the 2004 tsunami in the Indian Ocean is heartbreakingly sad.

I loved The Book Thief. I would recommend it to anyone!

Tricia -- I loved The Secret History. I actually read it right when it came out, when I was in college. I haven't read The Goldfinch yet, but it's on my to read list.

My book club is reading The Orphan Train. Will discuss it this Thursday - Sad to think this really happened.
I just started The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry -- a quirky little novel that was longlisted for the Man Booker Prize in 2012. Enjoying it so far!
