My grandmother's sickness and passing.

I understand how you are feeling especially having anxiety and panic disorder and losing a loved one.
Losing a grandparent is like losing your heart, a home, warmth and safety.
I am always here to chat if need be xo

And I didn't know about your dog - wow, double whammy. Dogs are part of our families, and I know for many they are "comfort dogs" that help with anxiety.
Give yourself time and treat yourself well.
Again, my condolences.
Jane
She went into hospice care on the 4th at an assisted living facility and she slowly passed away. She took her final breath January 9th at 9:23 AM. I am updating this month's newsletter and getting it set up for next month and then will be dealing with more things around the house and reading.
My grandmother lived with my mother and I for the past 5 years, so this death hit me particularly hard. Being bipolar and having anxiety it's not a great experience, but I am glad she is not in pain anymore.
Thank you all for understanding. It's been an incredibly hard last few months losing our dog on December 8th and then this. I will be taking a little time, but I will be on here every few days.
Thank you!
