I've written three children's short stories this evening... each only about 1000 words, but I guess it's a start (:

I'm considering it! That was my reason for writing.

My aim was to write one and submit that, but I ended up writing three and think I could have done more.

I'm not sure if they're good enough to submit, though. Not just the standard of my writing but also the layout.

We'll see (:

Just letting anyone who looks at my blog know that it has been suspended. I've contacted customer support, and if they won't give me my blog back, I will delete this thread.

I've got no idea. I logged in earlier and it came up saying that I had violated their terms of service.

I'm assuming it's because i've linked to amazon underneath each review? I saw other blogs that had done so, so didn't think it was violating any terms

No, I can't imagine it's got anything to do with providing links to Amazon.

If you query it they will look at it properly. Sometimes bots sift out something, maybe from a keyword, but out of context.

It doesn't actually say what happened.

I have a warning notice on my dashboard that says:

"Your site has been suspended from WordPress.com for violating the Terms of Service. If you believe your site was suspended in error, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review your suspension. (To learn more about what is and is not allowed, please see section 2 of our terms and our types of blogs page.)

but i've looked at the terms of service, and i've looked at the types of blogs that aren't allowed, and I don't think I fit into any of those.

The only thing I have done differently in the last few days is add links to amazon, and change my menu, so if it isn't those, I've got no idea

I've filled out their form asking them for more information and saying that I would be happy to make any changes that would allow me to get my blog back. Hopefully they agree
