If the government was reasonably sure who V was and that he had special powers due to experiments he received at the camps why didn't they use the same experiments that created the original V to make more super soldiers to fight him?
Was it because everyone that knew what was comprised of the experiments were killed? This cannot be the case due to the amount of data collection they were doing it must have been logged somewhere
Was it because everyone that made the connection was dead or sided with V? Maybe, looking back now I am not 100% sure who knew what and when.
Was it because V reacted to the experiments differently then anyone else? The book did say that the subjects in rooms 1-5 were given different strains but it did not say that the strain given to V was given to anyone else, maybe the government did try to create new super soldiers with the same strain but everyone else rejected it.
I would say the last one because it ties back into the importance of the three different aspects of the mind pleasure, knowledge, and creativity. The government would not have picked subjects well versed in these areas to administer the drug to so without having the balance the body would reject it.
But maybe the book did already explain this and I missed it.
