Do you think Daphne saw a lot of her circumstances in Lana's situation? Was it therapeutic? Is Daphne ready to return to work?

Yes, I think Daphne saw a lot of similarities between her past abduction and Lana's situation. Daphne is a very strong person and she was able to use her past experience to help Lana. Daphne is ready to return to work, but she should take it on a case by case basis.

I agree she definitely saw the similarities. I think getting back to work is good for her but it would be easy to "overdue" and not take the time to really heal so I think the people around her need to be aware of that.

I thought it telling that Daphne knew exactly how Lana was feeling, especially since we got both their points of view. She knew the right approach in dealing with Lana and by saying those words to her, Daphne forgave herself. That guilt was the last thing she needed to let go of her past. Yeah, she's ready to go back to work.
