Has anyone seen this link yet?

Bookworld has released a list of 28 books that you should have read to call youself well read at any age:

http://services.bookworld.trclient.co...

I've done 7, but that includes the two box sets so it adds up to a few more in real terms.

What do you think of this list?

How many has everyone else done?

Kate S That is an interesting list. I am not sure those are the books I would have chosen, but having read 17 of them, they are books I choose to read.

Wow, you've done really well. I have quite a few of them at home or on my tbr but just haven't gotten to them yet.

Carol Brill (goodreadscomuser_carolbrill) I've read half of them.
List like this seem so subjective to me. For instance, I loved, loved, loved the Book Thief, yet not sure I'd pick it over The Diary of Anne Frank.

I always wonder who gets to be the final decider for lists like this for that reason.
There's never really going to be 'One Great List' purely for the fact that everyone has different tastes and likes or dislikes different things.
I still find it interesting to compare myself to lists like this just for the fun of it.
