AG Fishman | 2 comments I recently discovered The Covenant by Anderson, Asimov, Sheckley, Leinster and Bloch. It's a novelette written in five parts by five greats of Sci-Fi, Poul Anderson, Isaac Asimov, Robert Sheckley, Murray Leinster and Robert Bloch.

They each take a chapter and try to conceptually outdo each other. It's a great read just from that standpoint if nothing else. You can imagine them each saying to themselves, "I'm gonna really work this story into a corner. Let's see if you can write your way out."

It was originally published in Fantastic in 1960. The ebook is at The Pulp Fiction Book Store http://pulpfictionbook.store

A.J. Kilbourn | 2 comments This seems interesting, if only for the combination of writers involved. My question, though--is there a "flow" to it as a whole, or does it read as a bit disjointed?
