I nominate (with no shame whatsoever) the "Haunted Scranton" novels by Justin Gustainis, the first volume of which is "Hard Spell."
I really liked the first book.
I nominate "Midnight Riot" 
I recommend
by L.J. Hayward.It's the first book in a 3 book and 1 short story Urban Fantasy series with Vampires, Ghouls, Werewolves, PIs, Vampire Hunters, Demons, Magic, Magicians - and above all fun.
