Walking Barefoot
Duration: 8/1/17 - 8/31/17
Progress: 8 of 3 spots
August's marathon is a nice, relaxing walk on one of Europe's popular barefoot paths. Let's all go to Lienen, Germany, and saunter around their 2.5 km (1.6 mile) trail.
Going barefoot you will quickly develop a sense for the different surfaces over which you are walking - limestone, bark mulch, crushed stones, sand, grass, timber, paving and pebbles. So don't hesitate: Off with your shoes!
