Wings Of Fire - Roleplaying Group discussion

Current swam from out of the palace into the ocean. She scanned around for food. After quietly swimming around she spotted a few fat fish.

Current swam up behind the fish. Not her favorite kind but they would do. She hooked one with one of her talons while grabbing another in her mouth and killing it. She killed the other fish quickly with hardly any struggle and threw it in her mouth as well.

Current messily ate her two fish in delight. They tasted great. She spit out almost two fish skeletons and looked around for more. Mmmm that was good. You missed out.

Well your highness Im sorry not everyone had a mother to teach them perfect manners. Current flashed angrily. She stared at her eat the crab. It was so odd.

Current waited on the floor quietly and closed her eyes. She began to drift off to sleep

Current woke up with a start. She rushed over to Aquamarine and attacked the creature from the top. It shrieked and drew a bit away from Aquamarine. She flashed Come here

Current nodded in agreement. She shredded the monster with her talons. She would leap back every once in a while when it would try to bite them.

Current gave Aquamarine a big grin. She swam over to it and started eating it. Thanks. she flashed. It had been a long time since she'd said that.

By now Current had eaten a chunk of it that was as big as her head. She smiled up at Aquamarine for a moment. Want some? It's good.

Current smiled and kept chowing down. When she had almost eaten another head-sized chunk she swam around, content. It had been a while since she'd has a decent meal.

Current saw Aquamarine eating messily and laughed as best one could under water. Not so gross now she teased.

Definitely. Current flashed with a hungry gleam in her eye. She swam off followed by a trail of bubbles.

Current kept swimming around happily. She hadn't done that for quite a long time. Up ahead she saw a small shark. Look. she flashed and pointed her tail at it.

Current dove after Aquamarine. She knocked the shark on its head with her powerful tail. She butted it with her head. It became dazed and weaker.

Current watched as the shark died in Aquamarine's talons. She swam over. Nice. Ive never seen that maneuver before.

Current gave Aquamarine an impressed look. Clever. Im using it. She grabbed the carracas and led it to the ocean floor. She began to eat it, enjoying it thoroughly.

Soon Current had eaten enough to fill her up. Good meal. she flashed, while letting out a burp. Bubbles floated out of her mouth and to the surface.

Current lied down next to her. She closed her eyes and rested her head. Tell me about yourself It had surprised her she said that. Normally she could care less about other dragons.

How so? Current asked, confused. She didn't find it hard to believe at all but to each dragon their own.

Current laughed. Mostly because it was very true. Well, what if I have my own selfish motives? Is that more believable? She gave Aquamarine a mischievous look.

Ok so will you just tell me now? Current asked. She lashed her tail once and looked off out into the ocean.

Current examined her. Then why aren't you queen? she asked. She figured the question might sting but didn't really care.

Angelfish cracked a small smile as she felt the ocean currents pull at her scales, her tail swaying as she darted across the water. She always enjoyed the tiny moments of peace when she could swim around without a care in the world.

Surprisingly, the kingdom had been quite peaceful. No threats lurking, no new battles, no causalities, no plagues that would end up taking a Seawing's life. It gave her many chances to just...relax and spend time with her husband.

Besides, Angelfish might as well take advantage of this peacefulness, considering that she would be a mother soon. She couldn't wait for those nights where she couldn't fall asleep at all

She focused on the plant Waterscales was trying to name, eyes shining with joy. She tapped her chin, "Most likely," she couldn't help but giggle a bit

Her gaze flickered towards the rushing fish surrounding her, noticing a small form of a dragon

Weird...I thought the guards already checked this reef

Stop being paranoid, I'm sure it's completely fine

Angelfish finally settled on keeping her bright smile as her tail flicked once

"I bet your only one letter off. Watch it be something like 'Cabombe'"

Angelfish smiled largely at the thought of Waterscale being called the 'Great Ruler of the Sea'. Her eyes couldn't help but narrow, suspicion clawing at her nerves. She didn't mean to seem so paranoid, but she was worried that maybe the Nightwings were planning to start an official fight with the Mudwings or Skywings.

Shoving the thought of a life-wasting war away, she focused back on the fact that they still had to attend the gathering. And even though they had a choice to accept or decline, she felt like there wasn't an option to decline.

"I guess we'd be going to the meeting, no matter if it's far or not...I highly doubt the queen would make it inconvenient for us to get there," Angelfish pointed out, twining her tail with Waterscale's. If the queen of Nightwings wanted to discuss anything, there's no way she'd make it difficult for the queen of Seawings to meet up with her.

It wouldn't be helpful if the queen and king were caught by enemy tribes while they were trying to visit allies.
